can anyone tell me place in Delhi from where i can buy Ape RR ? or any raputed online site from where i can buy this ? i have call a Piagio parts dealer in karol bagh and he calls someone else for the rr and he tolds me that it will cost near about Rs.1400 but i will got it after 20-15 days of payment . but i want to buy it soon .

Search for Pieggeo's service center , they must have the original RRunit , it cost 1400/- approx part number ED22158 .
& the RRunit ,what you have currently in your bike is from RE bullet , one is for AC regulation & one is for RC DC regulation , it's the same config as the OEM 1985 classic 350's . you dont need them after rewinding your coil , as the coil will be single phase & one APE's RRunit will take care of everything .
You can check my facebook page for these , I deal in electrical mods . & if your carolbagh guy cant manage the RRunit then I can send you one .

Thanks bro there not even a single service center in Delhi of Piaggio , there is one service station near about 90-100km away in Rohtak (Haryana) , today i called them and they said that they don`t hv this old Ape rr unit.
soon i will go to Karol bagh dealer and ask him to arrange one , is there any way to buy this rr without taxes (less than MRP) ? i hv inquired about it they said that its 1250(MRP) + tax total near about 1350-1400.
do you alreadhy have this rr in stock ? how much it cost with shipping charges in Delhi ? how many days it will take if i will buy it from you ?

Here in kolkata it will be 1400approx only , so it will be better if you could buy that from karolbagh .
& if your coil is not rewinded yet , then we can get is rewind it with 18gauge wire , machine winding .

Rewinded the 1985 Royal enfield bullet's coil in single phase manner with 18gauge , calculated output is 223W , upon installation on bike it generates 203W max at 5300rpm . take a look guys , I hope this information might help you

New APE RR has 6 wires. Ignore the extra 2 wires(that have a small connector).

the new will work just leave the other two extra wires i am also using the new ape rr which has 6 wires.

Hi guys,
I bought P8 bixenon 4300 K HID kit, costed 8.5 k. Do I need to bypass the BCU to connect that. Mine is full DC pulsar. Hid kit came with relay harness. So can I connect it directly, writing for expert's comments

Can you anyone please let me know where in Chennai we can get APE OEM RR. When I contacted the APE Service Centers, they said they don't sell spares over the counter.

This xBHPian's (. @Srinivas sr143sr) persistence paid off & he got 6 wired Ape RR eventually. On the bill it has same Part# : ED22158 . This means

either (very unlikely)
1. Billing software is not updated with new Part# details => leads to inconsistent parts distribution reports

or (very likely)
2. Part# has remained same, 2 extra wires are added in new version. Someone (. @gmagesh14) remarked they're(2 extra wires) for Ammeter.

The billing software could be at fault, parts management in Piaggio is a mess, trust me. Check the packaging to see which part number is written there.

has anyone done coil rewinding and dc conversion on their dazzler ?
I found out in this thread that dazzler has 12-pole coil.
Is the procedure any different from that for other bikes ?
