A lot of confusion is boiling up in my head regarding the Sparx helmets. Some dealers are quoting upward of 8k and some are happy with 5.5k for the same model and both of these helmet dealer aren't aware of the crash replacement warranty. Any one can pour a few word on this.

Genuine SPARX is being sold by PRS and they are upwards of 7.5k prices may have been revised, but PRS is very bad at maintaining their website. You can call them directly for more info. They respond soon, if not quick.

You can try the LS2 Series the FF386 though this is the modular type, this has the dual visor mechansim, and there are quite a few full face helmets with dual visor, I don't remember the model name correctly.

                  Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                  The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Has anyone ordered from Vega Auto website? How was your experience? The site says very little about things one would want to know while ordering. There are two shipping methods, one paid, one free, but without any mention of delivery method or time. I'm stuck in Lucknow and am able to find nothing locally. Even finding Vega helmets is a battle, with only crappy Studds models available all over. I am yet to see a Studds Rhyno here, they have not heard of Scorpion. So I'll have to order online.

Also, Vega (recently?) launched a helmet called Vega Cliff Air. Here is the official product page. It's a cheap as chips helmet, but it has 5 air vents, pointed shape which I really admire and the claim it's the lightest full face helmet in the country. Seems to me it should be more expensive for those features but then it may be an introductory price. Has anyone used this helmet? How was your experience?

for simple VFM helmets, Studds nis not that bad.. studds ninja scorpion are good options price range of 1.5-2k and also steelbird zooro..
they may not be as good as cross or LS2 helmets, but still they would save you in case of any accident..

                            Ride safe and have fun.

See VEGA hemets aren't all that bad. But I'd completely advice you to refrain from using Vega products reason being two, I don't want anyone attracted to buckets as opposed to helmets. Second Vega I've used one, the Formula GP though it did it's service. It was purely not a quality one, what do you get for 700 bucks it's as good as it gets. If you're really considering Vega as a brand choice, stick with Vega AXOR series.

Helmet is indispensable when it comes to protection.

In xBhp there is a famous adage: Got a 100 Rupees helmet, then you have a 100 rupees head.

Again I'd like to reiterate, costly doesn't mean your're completely 100% safe, but you'll survive a crash to tell the tale another.

                              Cheers!

                                Hey guys need some advice...
I am looking for a new helmet as my LS2 has been through an accident.
I have decided to try SOL helmets based on your reviews.

I am trying since last 3-4 days to contact SPG via e-mail and phone but no body is responding so I have to ask to you guys.
Megha Enterprises (Authorised SOL dealer in Bangalore) is quoting 6480 INR (including 14% VAT) for SOL SF1 Solid White and 6840 INR for SOL SF1 Acme.
I read earlier in this thread that someone booked Solid White for 5520 INR from Delhi.

Can someone remove my confusion whether its Karnataka Govt's fault or Megha Enterprises is charging more?

Is there any other shop which sell at or lower than MRP, or it is only Delhi where the rates are as per website.
Shall I make a trip to Chennai (SPG office) to avoid taxes? (as I am thinking of buying a new jacket and knee-guards too)

Thinking of finishing all the purchasing by coming Sunday as its difficult (inside my head) to ride with an accidental helmet.
