So I have no idea what to do about this..do you have any suggestions?
I anyways carry only one notebook haha :P
Agreed, I could put the jacket in bag after removing the back armour, the question is where would i keep the armour after that?
Your only problem is back armour. Do not attempt to pop the shoulder and elbow armours out regularly. The mesh pockets are not very robustly made in most jackets and would come off. The armour needs to be bent and twisted too, so not recommended. With time you'd get used to it.
The Back armour is relatively easy. Go for a nice light and pliable armour like SAS tec(comes in the TBG jackets I think) which can be easily stowed away in your bag. After taking the back armour out, the jacket I think it won't be too difficult to fold the jacket and dump it in the bag(with the shouldder and elbow armours in it).
Just need to figure out a technique. I imagine it won't be impossible.

Bro I use the helmet straps to close around the straps of the bag. So the helmet is outside the bag.

There is laptop bag available in cramster which can accomodate laptop dress for 2 days and a full face helmet. Helmet will be seen out though.

Note: I am in noway associated to Cramster.

I have an Rynox optimus m tank bag which accommodates a full face helmet in expanded position. It can be used as a tail bag and back pack too.

                • Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread - On Cleaning/Washing gear

                  Talking about laundry on XBHP

On cleaning cordura or mesh gear. Caveat: This is probably not good for partial or full leather gear.

Usually one is advised to hand wash gear in cold, mild detergent solution. I wash my running shoes by putting them in a pillow case and tying it off and then putting it in the slow cycle in a washing machine without the water heater on. Replace the pillow case with a cotton bed sheet and tie it off with string or a zip tie around the jacket/pants and put in a slow-cold cycle and a short spin dry in a washing machine and it comes out looking like new. Mesh dries very quickly too.

                  - Of course, remove all the armour beforehand.
                  - Fasten all the velcros and zippers.
                  - Remove/separate any absorbent material like the neck liner.
                  - Make sure the jacket or pants is not scrunched up too tight inside the cover. That is why I used a bedsheet and not a pillowcase. It needs to move around inside for effective cleaning.

The slight occasional regret for buying the Helios over the Hyperion (both by Spartan/Aspida) because I wanted to stay within the budget and spend more on a Helmet is gone. The Hyperion is partially constructed with leather over the shoulders and mesh/cordura for the rest and the 3k (approx) cheaper Helios is all mesh/cordura making it easier to clean.

PS: Stop smiling/giggling and try it out. Thank me later..........

I just put my jacket and pants in the machine with fuzzy mode. After reading you post I don't think my way of washing is the best

This one looks so similar to the Decathlon wala white knee guard in the cycle section.

I was looking for RJays jetstream II but couldnt find it at any indian online store, neither in any international online store. Even couldnt see it in RJays website itself. If this discontinued? Can any one say where can I get this? Only option for me is over online, no good local store here.
