Go for the ZMA.. Thats the best option between the 2..

There is no problem with Zmr as i ve heard...The xbhp member has vibrations only after a fall...
there are just lots of rumours flying around Zmr...

if u want to take over any bike in india from behind then p220 is the bike for u!!! but if u r not hasseled by a p220 taking u from behind then i guess karizma is ur first love!!! ull actually love the bike!

as for the engine overheating problem tha all are talking about well its true,, hh had stopped the sales of the bike due to engine over heating!!!! the oil cooling cylinder was not functioning properly because it was not properly installed!!! (this is what read on the forum) but i guess hh has rectified the problem and the machines are back on a roll!!!

Some heating issue or the other was bound to happen as it isn't a LC unit

i am still skeptical though and keeping my fingers crossed

I agree with you, also the ZMR's riding position is very upright. It lacks the sport bike posture,also the tank being to plain does not do the work for HH.

ZMR does have some serious overheating issues. HH should have not put that full fairing without a Proper cooler on that bike.

few days ago on my way to office, I was riding my friend`s ZMR and he was on my Pulsey. ZMR was Overheating like crazy. Fire was raining from sky at 12`O clock in the noon + ZMR was burning my legs.

The tanks left blank so that they can then come with a stickered version

I too face the same problem.. I'm still confused whether to buy a ZMR , P2200 or an R15 ... Hope you guys wud help me out..\
In most of the surveys there isn't an ultimate winner among the three 'coz the 3 of them belongs to 3 different categories(that's what I felt) ..
i know that the p220 is the faster among the lot, but given that, I guess the R15 has a better initial pick up( correct me if I'm wrong ) ..

I always wanted to buy a ZMA-R, 'coz I'm more of a tourer/commuter and would have a weekly travel of 120kms from Trissur to Coimbatore. I had been a been its die-hard fan , until recently one of my friend crashed his Zma-r and had to shed a good 25k for the damages.. remember , The Zma's don't have a crash guard..
And also the performance factor of the new ZMR don't match its price..

The R15 is really the best performance bike among the lot, i guess.. but given it's price , i'd really think twice or thrice before buying it.. but yea, Yamaha is yamaha ..!

And finally, the P220.. i had not always been a fan of the Pulsars, one thing their sound doesn't always sound that pleasing(juz a personal opinion;sorry Pulsar fans) ..and I'd really want the company to have done a bit more on the styling factor for I'm a college going guy.. The R15 or the ZMR would definitely help me in that dept's..
But it's about shedding a good 30k's extra for the other two bikes compared to the P220....
So
where do I stand.. still confused as ever...
My brain tells me .. P220
My heart tells me ... ZMR
and
MY dreams tell me....R15..

Please help me out here guys..

R15 does not have great initial pick up. In fact, it is its top end which is strong for a 150 cc motor. I recommend the P220 for touring - excellent pickup, great stability and cheaper spares - all that at a very VFM price.

excellient point!! the r15 has a less pick up at the start!! it creates less power at low rpm compared to p220 and the zma!! neverthless the rpm increases tremendously in the r15 which helps it to reach the top speed almost equal to the zma and 220!!! so if its top speed and racing u want then the r15 is awesome but if u want power and ample torque at low rpm of around 7k then i guess zma is the best!!! it is best suited if u want to go for a trip!! in ghats and hilly terrain this torque helps u pull the bike easily!!! think about it!!!
