If you see the stuffs that I have done on the Fiero internally, what Rajkumar has done is nothing. Well, thats the fact, no denying about what is what. I have seen his bike and works. I must say that 90kgs is still heavy. My target for the karizma is 72-75kgs.

See now the karizma is running on all stock cycle parts coz we have no time for anything. Only the plastics are dumped. Even the stock speedo. horn, gear shifts + bracket is in place. Right now the bike is around 30-35kgs lighter than stock. So we still at around 115kgs. The stock bike weighs 150kgs. The next time on, things will change and the bike is will more powerful and lighter.
I have plans to bump another 2-3bhp into the existing set-up of the karizma.
See we have achieved all this with the stock cc of 223. Rajkumar runs a big bore and has a 235cc set-up. Anyways the racing class permits upto 260cc works.

^^ I would not just diss around the work someone has put into a bike....especially when the bike is not one of those 'all show no go' bikes!

And when you do get to 72-75Kgs do actually weigh the bike to check if it has reached assumed weight!

So when's the next SpeedCheck?

every part assembled on the bike is weighed and checked, remachined and then installed. Also at every stage the bike is weighed. The engine also looses a lot of weight courtesy internal changes. Hence the package gets lighter.
No idea when we can do a speed check. Maybe thursday morning. Lets see.

Planning to have a testing session on sunday morning. Bikes are my Fiero and the karizma. I'm planning on going early in the morning, around 7am and getting back by 9am. Testing will be done using a GPS device.

No man, this didnt happen. Although the Fiero was ready, I wasnt, was out of town

Next sunday it is then! Some works remaining on the Karizma and also my Fiero.

. I will finish what we planned on the karizma over the weekend and we'll go testing on sunday. We need some better numbers.
