Over-boring is allowed as long as CC is within the class entered
Wheels and tyre sizes are free
Ignition is free
Method of induction is free. A carb bike can be made FI or vice versa.
Aif filter is free
Number of gears must be same but ratios can be altered
Handlebar/mounts and suspension is free
Overall weight of the bike is also free.
Number of valves is free. But the engine cases, cylinder head etc has to be as supplied by the manufacturer through series production.
Only metal can be added or removed from the cylinder and head. The existing components can be modified within safe limits.

wheres the fairing gone.. wouldn't it have helped the aero dynamics a bit..
