      • Everyone,
Thank you for letting me try out your bikes yesterday and for helping me make a decision. As suggested I got my wife to sit on the pillion seat of all the bikes...
She had a big NO for the Ninja 250 seat As expected.. Vishwas sir had already said that..
CBR250..she was OK with it.. until she tried the Pulsar 220F and just plainly said yes... Test rode it and found it pretty good. It was smoooth.. seemed to have great torque in all gears.. more than enough power for its weight..
Quite a different choice from what I was considering I know... but..
I had no choice but to go for the Pulsar 220. So booked one today and got the delivery within 45 mins with teflon coating done..
So here are a couple of my bike's pics...
Thanks to all at G2G yesterday!

Very True- "Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous. It is, however, extremely unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence, or stupidity."

I like- "Bikes are not supposed to be a rational decision. If you can park it and walk away without looking back to admire it, you got the wrong one."

Btw! The mumbai thread as you see it is actually its third iteration post the crash... a lot of it was lost.. There was a time when some old (and I mean really really old) chaps were very active there and I was the noob and was prone to leg pulling.

Also my query of converting Shogun from AC to DC via the crank is still pending, can someone help me regarding the same.

Rather than buying from an international website which would take around 15days.. why not go for Ebay.in.. you can get it in within a weeks time...

                      check this Link out: Ebay

You can search for more sellers if you want.. Also I have one but it doesnt works out to be that good.. Its better to use rubbing polish on your paint to remove scratches than to use these kinds of product.

Still if you guys want you can try it out as it doesnt costs much..

                            • @vkavadia Yes. Been reading the P220 thread ever since.

@antz.bin True..I wasn't really gonna go for the P220 But seemed like a practical choice. Also when your better half insists something..you really don't have a choice. Also thing is that they didn't install the speedo cable.. The showroom guy said that they face a problem during servicing as the kms are over and above the limit stipulated for the free servicing and he will fix it when I get my bike registered on Monday. I don't really understand the relation between all that he said. Will go and insist on getting it installed tomorrow. During run in what is the ideal rpm I should maintain or limit to?

@ RedFlash Thank you! I was amazed at how fast they delivered.. I booked, had a pizza nearby and they called saying the bike is ready for delivery.
