@Viper: Awesome pics man. That just made the ride a lot more special.
The biggest limitation of any bike is its rider.

Yes it was a great ride. The peaceful time at the ocean was the best part..Originally posted by kaushik60 View PostA couple of more pics of the Shrivardhan and Diveagar ride.
These are nowhere near as good as Viper's, but anyway I'm putting them up.

Very True- "Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous. It is, however, extremely unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence, or stupidity."
I like- "Bikes are not supposed to be a rational decision. If you can park it and walk away without looking back to admire it, you got the wrong one."

Missed todays breakfast ride
Sad reason because my babes(R15) rear monoshock got badly hurt on the bad and sloppy patch near Mulshi dam, I was riding with average weight pillion on Saturday. Looked like some liquid(oil may be) cylinder inside the mono-shock spring was busted and all the liquid had came out. Suspension is not absorbing the shocks at all bikes rear is bouncing 4-5 times even on little unevenness of the road surface. And even on the smallest patch something is badly brushing at the mono-shock. Considering the amount of distance and kind of roads bike had seen, this breakage was not very surprising.
Shown at the Suvarnarekha Yamaha today, they said so far they haven't fixed such problem and they generally replace the entire suspension setup if something is broken. Cost of the setup is approx 2K excluding fitting.
I am planning to give bike at YFS tomorrow morning, and was also wondering if I can claim the insurance for this?
Did anybody ever faced such issue(not necessarily R15) or heard of such breakage, do let me know if you have any inputs on this.
And yeah be careful if you are riding towards mulshi, especially in the last 7-8 kms...I believe I can fly...

Viper and guys, fantastic photographs. Like I said earlier, you guys are the new tour masters from Pune.
We had a small breakfast ride to Pachgani yesterday. The final turnout was quite good -
1. Vishwas Mokashi - Ninja 250R
2. Siddharth Gupta - ZMR
3. Prasanna Patil - Ninja 250R
4. Satyajeet Baji - CBR 250R
5. Ishan - R15
6. Rohit L. Choudhari - 200 NS
7. Vibhor Mittal - GT 650
8. Akash Kale - Ninja 250R
9. Sagar Pradhan - P 220
10. Amrit Rao - 200NS
11. Sagar Sheldekar - CBR 1000RR
12. Sagar Sheldekar's friend no. 1 - Arindam - Duke
13. Sagar Sheldekar's friend no. 2 - Vyom - Fazer
Had some unexpected happenings, nothing serious but quite hilarious.
Ishan as usual did not see a whole bunch of 7-8 riders waving at him to stop and ended up at Harisson folly while we were still waiting for others to catch up.Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

there is one more place called Sky garage which is on the tarrace of the buidling in which croma is, its a cool place with a garage theme and remains open till very late night. Mostly ppl come for a drinks and dinner but no idea about whether they will allow group of 15-20 ppl sitting for 3 to 4 hours(like Grubshub) but i have seen smaller groups sitting for a longer time there...Originally posted by Eshan-P180 View PostI have been to other coffee shops besides that Aundh Grubshup so i know how it is, Trust me its too small and will not be able to accommodate members itself, forget parking and gear.
