Couple of things...There was talk about ordering/buying jackets towards the end of the ride.Count me in and suggest one guys..i need one as well.What kind of damage can my wallet expect?

You can expect approx 5500 +/- 200 . The one i wear was Spartan Helios Spartan Pro Gear

As Karthick has suggested Spartan helios jacket is one of the best Jackets Available right now. I am planning to buy one may be next year!
Also have a look at the Cramster, DSG websites for more jackets. Then choose one depending on your budget and other requirements

For riding gear, I'd suggest, either one of them take responsibility, Karthi ji or Suru ji. If Spartan is the go, I'd suggest, please give your desired sizes to Karthi ji, so that he can bring the stuff in bulk and negotiate a little bit.

If you guys are going for Cramster, then Suru will do the same, but I don't think there is anything to expect for a discount, as it has to be sourced from a sub-dealer here in Cbe.

Please keep in mind the size, you guys intend to order. Those who are skinny, won't have problems as such, those who are blobby, and have size discrepancy, double check your sizes before you order the jacket. Make sure you take note of your T shirt sizes, the prominent one in your cupboard and make an order based on that, just so that you don't regret it after purchasing on your first, but important riding gear.

My take, go for Spartan, so that it's uniform and cool.

It seems that it is better to stick with rules of the group and not to favor any one at the cost of integrity of the group. I hope you will understand and there is always another ride and hope to see you soon with us .. btw we will miss u for this ride for sure..

We are here for XBHP not for you!

Who are you to deny a senior member a gtg ride?

Can some moderator from XBHP interfere here and clear the air?
Some senior member wants to ride for a gtg and Karthik makes some unwanted rule and preventing him from riding?

Pls show some maturity and give justice to a seasoned rider who wants to ride to a gtg.

I think all are equal at XBHP and noone can deny anyone a ride.

For just pure VFM proposition, and practical usability I'd suggest Spartan.

hi guys.... good to know you;ll had a gr8 and safe ride.... share some nice pics soon... feels very bad i could not ride and its been a year and a half i rode anywhere.....

After going thru your posts i've seriously realized what i've been missing and would somehow manage to join for the ISG2G.. hope there is still time to register and would make changes in my plans acordingly to ride with you'll.

@ karthik - since you are the leader please check and let me know if i can still join for the ISG2G.

I feel sad that the group is letting u down for a ride for someone's unwanted ego!
I plead some XBHP moderator to intervene and show some matured justice here for a seasoned senior rider!
If there is noway out and if this is how XBHP will go, I am sorry to say XBHP is going nowhere!
