Yes Aparajith, i missed that RR unit part. i had installed some local RR unit since i dint get APE brand RR at that time. not sure which one has avenger got.
True, the reflectors will get the beating in long term usage of 60watts. For this we will have to get those round flood light reflectors, but i will miss my pulsar wolf eyes.

Baskya boss...aap jaise write up kaisi hogi humse

There are around 4 or 5 curves on ECR which could be dangerous in times.
Just imagine you happen to negotiate a curve at 80-85 kph and the car guys, bus from opp. suddenly come out of line and virtually flick you even if you riding outside the lane, forcing to get off the road. The site should be enough to chill your spine and a few seconds hell of a shock.
            Add this to night riding......
I hear people are afraid to drive on ECR in nights.

With regards to the headlights - Avenger coil should do wonders. However, if you feel that your bulb is not adequate, would suggest to give a try for Osram Nightbreaker which comes only with 60/55w. So far, people who have tried did not get disappointed. There is one other option which would involve some juggad work unless you wanted to try. Getting the existing coil winding work for better power, so that you can have 100w bulb on your bike.

            Thanks Sriram,
I came across those osrams when i was searching for bulbs. i have heard osrams have lesser life and that's when Philips introduced the xtreme power (80% xtra)-60W which i opted it over osrams for my car. And the osrams costs 1300Rs. for the pair whereas the Philips crystal and Xtreme power costs 700 and 800 respectively.About that juggad, will it be reliable? and 100W option seems yummy

Well, if you want to enjoy 30+ kms of FAST riding, then stay @ Hosur; keep aside about 30-45 mintes. Do let me know if you need any help on Hosur, my in-laws stay over there.

if you have not started - please head to Bangalore. you do not get any gear except some helmets in Chennai. head to Bangalore or order online. just my 2 cents

Pls go to BLR if your intention is to buy riding gears. Chennai has none; just go back few pages & you'll see the same advices being pouring. I repeat, DO NOT have an intention to buy riding gears from Chennai, as you cannot find one.

GP road is good for tools, car audio, spares, accessories, but riding gears...I highly doubt & haven't seen one yet.
