I've already said in my previous post that I ready to join wherever it is decided. Let's take a collective decision on the weekend meet. Please don't, I'm tired of roping in guys, suggesting location.

Looks like the decision for the place is still a question? As this weekend meet is especially to focuss on the discussion about the Munnar and the maximum attendance would do good. So we can meet as usual in cozee and discuss on the ride. what say guys???

Sri, How about you guys going to Vallakotai where we had a preride before Yercaud TSG2G?? I would come there for discussions as I wll be in Kanchipuram this weekend.

Those who are not coming for the weekend meet, they have option of collecting it from my house before the Munnar ride OR always collect it during regular meet.

I'll collect it from you coming monday evening at your doorstep. You available?

Why Hyper fast group names are missing? We are also staying at Trichy no? Book the rooms for all from 10th noon. So the checkout time will be till noon of next day.

Need your input:
A/c or Non-A/c?
Average non-A/c rooms is around Rs.500/-.

Usually the hotel beds are coir & prone to heat. So I prefer A/C rooms for a sound sleep for all.

@Sunny: Ram finally won the debate inside him and chose to ride along with your group.

I am wondering how would I manage to keep the pace with hyper fast group as they are more experienced than me.

You'll need to talk to Sunny since you have expressed to join the 'Hyper-fast' group.

Since they are starting early, might as well leave the hotel reservation to them to plan.

@ Ram - FYI - We are thinking of doing an alternate route, i.e. via Salem in order to hook up with a couple more Ninjas from Bangalore, so we might be giving Trichy a miss completely. Then on day 2, join the rest of Chennai group in Dindigul and ride along till Theni for lunch with the CBE guys. This will means more kms but we get to enjoy the company of the other Ninjas too and then join our buddies on day 2 - kind of like having your cake and eating it too!

This is still only a plan and we will be taking a call by Sunday when we meet, so will confirm then.

If that is the plan, please also be aware that accommodation in Salem will be more expensive definitely since we are also concerned with parking the bikes safely.

How many ninja riders are joining with us if we do salem route? I also guess we will reach salem very soon & why stay at salem rather than some place far as we are capable of covering some more kilometres? Also intimate me how much bucks will it bring on per head if we stay at salem? Total kms if we do Salem route?

Time : 06:30 AM ( Half an hour deviation is accepted )

Agenda :

- Distribution of T - shirts.
- Discussion about the Start time and meeting Point for Both the groups for 10th March.
- Stay and Route discussion for onwards journey.
- Collection of funds (Money) by Sriram for the Stay and Food at Munnar.
- Sharing of phone numbers for respective group members.
- Breakfast
- Short ride (for those who need one )
- Departure
