Go To Yamaha showroom[Bikers] chrompet Near m80 Bridge, You will get there and Chain lube is more than Enough, Don't waste Your money for Chain clean, You can use Diesel for cleaning

If your search is specific to Motul products, it's available in Metal & Co (GP road). Also the Motul dealer in S.P.Koil junction(out of chennai - 25 KMs from tambaram) stocks them..

We can include Nagalapuram also - I know its a trekking arena - But we will try some off roading too (or atleast attempt to).

What's with you guys - no partying on Christmas eve or New Years?

It is more likely many would turn up for the month end (31st) or 1st Jan than 25th.

Saar, I'm not in town this weekend & can only join by next weekend & so is Ananth; would be happy if the ride is organized next weekend.

As far as partying...31-Dec evening is always the worst & mostly eventful one with lot of crowd all over the places; ECR, Besant Nagar, Mahabs...you name it!!! So its better we go for a ride on New Year.

Can you come up with slightly bigger circuit covering little more than 300kms? We have 31st and 1st and thinking if we all agree to do 2 day ride.

How about 2 day ride (31st and 1st Jan)? Just my thoughts, if the response is poor shall plan a single day ride on 1st Jan. Let me know your thoughts guys.

Just before the MEPZ signal (when coming from Chrompet side), there is big(relatively) spare parts shop., You can easily identify the shop, they have showcased lot of engine oils.. You can get it from there...

Or if you can come down to Pudupet or GP Road you can get it easily from most of the shops over there,,,

Will do, pls give me sometime; but I'll not be able to join on 31st; but that doesn't matter for the reason, I'll start early morning on 1st & join you guys on 1st for the return leg. Can't stay overnight.

Edit - Just had a thought; where & how do we find accommodation on 31st night? Most places will be over crowded & hotel will be over booked; that would be a great challenge at this point

Sorry - I'm riding to Bangalore on 1st January. Out of that ride

I never went to Nagalapuram, from the pics by CTC, it reminds me of the Tada falls.. An another great place...

Nagalapuram is the western side of Tada.

Tempting to trek there, beautiful place with fresh water. Swimming there is a heavenly feel. If we are planning explore this place, we can plan to camp there overnight.

Glad that you called it as offroad, as Ananth mentioned its just a piece of gravel for him

The freshwater puddles are 40 feet deep as per the comments in CTC site!

And I'm No pro - Every one here knows i fall down often in off roads and I'm a very noobish off roader

My comment was aimed at explaining it was all about incline and gravel roads and not really Off-Roads

Sri anna im in! even for me, a day's ride is ok either its on 31st or 1st.but 2 days is a bit difficult for me.depending upon the ride, i have to plan my personal commitment either on 31st or 1st thats y. is it surely gonna be two days ride anna??I dont want to miss the ride, thats y asking!!
