Am planning for a bike trip along TN coast from Chennai to kanyakumari and coming back via madurai.
No . of days : 7 and 2 Riders.

Any suggestions on place to visit/routes/accommodation?
Our rides are RTR160 and TB350.

What would be the sole intention of this ride? A relaxed, slow ride along the coast to experience the localities with plenty of food and photo/ enjoy the fresh air breaks/ Just one deadline - a week? If that is a yes I guess it does makes sense in its own way.

If this is for the sake of riding and riding alone you really would'nt need more than 3 days with night halts.

If you need to spend 7 days on or around the route you mentioned there are plenty of places to visit and stay.

I would say 5 days is enough for a relaxed ride. Saying that as I have done a similar ride through the Coast. Here is my ride report it may give you some idea, though it is incomplete

It ll be a relaxed one. we are planning to spend 1.5 days for roaming around Tanjore and Kumbakonam. we dont want to rush to the day's destination and also wont be riding after dusk.
