1. Chain slack adjustment, Removing the chain lock.
2. Changing the carb mixture (lean/rich).

Do any you DIY guys know how to carry out these on the P150 DTSi? If yes, then please do post the procedures!

i need some help.....
what's the top speed of a typical 2004 v1 150 with 18 inch spoked wheels

v1 owners please help....

The mags and other tests reported it to be about 112kmph at that time.
Personally I have hit 120 on the speedo.

@Richard-very true, I also did 120kmph on my DTSi 150 V1. Also to add the speedo showed 130kmph while coming down from incline. ya for very few sec's, but yes 130kmph on odo. Wow!!!

My Friend has an old Pulsar 150.....which does not have Electric start.....He just asked me whether it would be possible to.....put a electric start in it......????

I myself have touched 125 speedo indicated few times, but normally it touches 120 easily.

Yes, you can fit an electric starter(Rs.1800). You also need to upgrade the battery to 9A.

add rs.1300 (approx) for Exide 9xm batt , more 300 bucks for Amaron MF series.

hi
I have a Feb 2006 model ug2, odo reading 32007.8 tonight.
Could anyone tell me when to change the spark plugs and how much it may cost
also, the panel in my speedo on which the numbers are written vibrates if i go over 20 as if it is loose.Is there any way it can be rectified?

what is the top speed and average you all are getting?
mine goes to 105 and average is 58-60
