if u are hanging around ur bike during it s service , it s child s play

the mech ll use a screw driver kinda tool on the left side of the engine to adjust the clearance!

else if u were away, u can find out by observing these..

1)ur bike s pickup (from a standstill) would be improved

2)the engine ll sound less noisier both at idle and also while ripping it(ripping is the time u get these tappet noises)
When everything comes ur way, u r in the wrong way ;)

Best option is always to replace that part, like I said. You should have insisted on that the 1st time you saw it!
It has taken the heat so far, even while riding at high revs. Is it possible to replace it?? Do remember that I am NOT talking about the bolt itself, but the thread inside the oil pan!!

@rio - its possible and that too with almost no modifications.
but personally old tail light section looks more better than latest.

@adnan- whts the cost of 150cc in bangladesh?
I heard that the price depends on the cc of the engine i.e 45cc 45000 taka, 50 cc 50000 taka.... like wise then 150cc would be 150000 taka... is it like this

                      @rpmboy:
In here the cost of any bikes are insane except chines bike. Actually it doesn’t depend on CC but most look like it is.
                      Pulsar 150cc = 1,45,500+16,500(registration)= 1,62,000tk+insurance.
                      CBZxtreme/Hunk = 1,39,500+16,500(registration)=1,56,000tk+insurance .
                      Honda Unicorn = 1,43,500+16,500(registration)= 1,60,000tk+insurance.
                      Discover DTSI 135cc old one = 1,25,000+16,500(registration)= 1,41,500tk+insurance.
And the most insane price of Yamaha R15 is = 3,80,000+16,500(registration)=3,96,500tk+insurance .
In Bangladesh market, Pulsar is the most selling bike in present and past and will be in future because Bangladesh peoples think it is a machine which is unbeatable. In 2003, I bought pulsar’s first classic model (round headlight) for 87,500tk and now it is 1,45,500tk.
And you should already know that more than 150cc bikes aren’t allowed in here.
Guys you are the luckiest bikers cause you born in India.
