    • Tejus, they are Class-II cards, reading and writing speeds are slower. The one I suggested on e-bay is Class-4, better speeds of writing and reading.

      • There used to be a BSNL 3G unlimited plan for iPad (available only on Micro Sim) for 999/month. Could anyone please confirm if it is still available? I am interested because I don't have an iPad but the MicroSim has been shown working on my BSNL 3G USB modem.

Riot, I am running on an older Darkys rom, 9.0 to be precise, for the last 5-6 months, great improvement over stock Froyo. Now thinking of going for the latest 10.0. Is it worth it over the 9.0?

              • My phone history would be:

                1.Motorola L7(another amazing phone),

2.Nokia 6630(first super sexy 3G phone in India),

3.Samsung Corby Mate(looks very unique and super video capture but useless otherwise, sold after using 3months),

4.Sony Ericsson W595(beautiful phone, great music capabilities)

5.Nokia 5130 (best music phone yet, compared using 1 same headphone both on W595 and Nokia 5130 and believe me 5130 was some points ahead),

6.Nokia N73 Music Edition (best phone I've used till now. Very happy with it.)

Next buy would be probably a Anroid or a Windows7 phone... Let's see...

check out these random resized(reduced fro faster upload ) pictures taken using my N73 for instance... and believe me or not these are unedited, but manual camera settings...

Agreed with you on Nokia N73's cam and Stereo speakers and 5130 Xpress music's audio out put.

The phones i have now SGS2, N73 and 5130 Xpressmusic.
SGS2 shoots photos as 72 DPI where as N73 shoots at 300 DPI. I still love the cam of N73. You can do a lot with the manual settings in N73. I have been living with the N73 music edition for the last 4.7 years. Solid rugged, fast for those days and still a good cam phone. now its history.

Lets see, Nokia always comes out with one or two excellent feature in a phone and all the rest is pathetic. Here its the 64 GB capacity in a phone.

My gut feeling says that SGS2 can support Cards greater than 32 GB once they come out. Damn, i have seen videos of SGS2 scanning and playing vidoe files from 500 GB hard disk throught USG OTG

Exactly... have seen many high res phones but with poor DPI but i have never been able to make them understand that... Glad that there's someone at least who understands and agrees with me..

Tried out the Extreme Edition 10.1, but currently on the 2.3.4 F1 JVP V6 ROM. Can't say I've noticed a tremendous difference between it and the stock 2.3.4 ROM. But the pseudo SGS2 interface does look good, as also the advanced power options are quite convenient.

Riaz, one good thing is, the phone doesnt hang, its only the partucular app that hangs. when the fore ground app hangs, you can switch to any back ground app and continue using it. I feel its more of a compatibility issue or a bug in the app rather than to blame the SGS2
