i was asking how this 220 exhaust is suitable, for 180, as you said earlier, it is made by calculating length and such things. thats in my mind..nothing else..i know you are a gentle man, thats why you told that 220 exhaust is also suitable for 180. else you may say that "new exhaust for p-180 is ready"

@dilip24 - All the exhausts are developed by me. I run Race Concepts.
The P220 exhaust and P180 exhaust will be almost similar. The exhaust dimensions for the P180 will slightly vary, and its not entirely ditto. We will make the P180 mounting points specifically. BUt at a later stage.sigpic

my bike is 180 ug4 with rear set foot pegs like 220, so no need for changing mount points i think,,,dunno..

I guess this is how the new batch of FFE looks like.For pulsar 180 ug4 it will be direct fit.No changes required . This ffe has main stand stopper unlike in previous ffe were the main stand used to bang the FFE :P

The main stand stopper in my case is present but its in wrong position, it is in no way even touching the main stand. But curiously enough the main stand is standing clear of touching the exhaust too. Clear by a few millimeters. My pulsar 230f!!! mods done 230cc bigbore kit,freeflow exhaust and stage 1 headwork. rest mods-k&n rc1060 mounted directly to carb (upjetted carb) p200 chain sprocket kit (38t) and NGK irridium spark plug!!
With my weight dats 50kg around. 0-60 comes in 3 sec ,0-100 under 8 sec and 0-132 in flat 15 sec!! this was tested with minimum headwind!!

So the pipe around the engine i'm fine for it being plated, but when it goes below near the stand, along with the full exhaust those parts can be powerded colored Black.. Also is there anyway, this exhaust system that you provide come in a dual exhaust set up?? If i see a 5 to 10% gains with a dual exhaust set up I'm fine with that.. Just want to know and see if you are able to create something unique for me and my Plusar I been saving up the doug soo that is no problem for me but now after seeing soo many of Joel'ed Plusars, I just want something that is Unique, has looks, the performance can be a bit lowered then the normal 15% you get on a single ffe set up.. Looking forward to your Comments, and what you think about this little project that i want to get it going with your help..
