I agree with you that filing a civil petition or criminal charge is not going to get anyone anywhere. It will just go into limbo. I was just pointing out that it's not out of the question.

Also consider this, there are people out here who ordered parts based on his promises, paid him the money in advance and he has not delivered any for more than 2 years now. That's outright cheating and intent to commit fraud. People who have written correspondence with him wherein he has promised parts which were never delivered. These parts are illegal only if they are used in road going vehicle and it's not illegal to sell these parts, hence the Act cannot apply in these circumstances as the Act was never broken in the first place as the parts were never received nor were they installed on a road going vehicle.

You can file a case under Consumer rights act in a consumer court or forum, I bet he hadn't registered his shop, have a T.I.N. number or EVEN pay tax to government ( most people don't in this line) that will bleed him.financially and you don't need a lawyer fir consumer court proceedings, you can fight your own case or legal assistance/ lawyer will be provided free of cost as per circumstances

Only here that one or two started saying, did many arise else everyone would had kept the negative point for themselves and showed off only positive stuff. . . This is what I have seen happening. . . For all people who are tooned, please grow up and show both the sides of him. . .

A few members had approached me for doing tooning...I feigned ignorance on the topic, but they wouldn't believe that a person like me can say that..In fact there were Tooned bikes from Kerala and Bangalore ,who wanted to come to Chennai to get the engine tuned properly...I insisted that they should post about their badly Tooned bikes which sometimes gave 16 to 20 Kms in the name of Race tooning. All were reluctant and pleaded for help....I then gave my Ph., no and over PMs and Calls did manage to teach them , and the owners themselves were able to do what was required...
It was "All about Tooning and Setup Man"
Needless to say except some, most of them disappeared altogether from Xbhp...Some have had engine seizure or wear out and have since upgraded to a Higher CC engine...Any time I see a Tooned biker Upgrading to a bigger CC bike I know the previous engine "Tooning" had failed..

Yes, you are absolutely correct. Those people who have paid him and have not recived the goods can bring in a case against him. I was not aware of this.

It is my request to the people who have paid him and not recived anything, please take legal action against this person as you people are the only ones who can successfully do so.

His VTec did a sub 10 sec (or near-abouts) quarter mile at the Aamby Valley run in March 2013. That brought him laurels and customers. AFAIK, he was the winner as well and is very proud of his *naturally aspirated* VTec. His own car is pretty pimped up though and one can see that he has put a lot of effort, money and time into it, but when it comes to customers' vehicles; he simply fleeces them with shoddy products and parts.

Any mechanic/tuner/tuning house gains respect in the long run only if they treat customers' vehicles as their own and work on them diligently while applying scientific logic (and not some vague concepts). His case is the opposite!

Here his true colors are known...His claim of two stage rocket..ooops exhaust can be done by any one going through Internet...there are many posts which explain this....Even Muffler designs are available,...but at what cost ? The Honda V-tec is a well built engine and can even be turbo charged..The engine casing has mounting for it, and Honda supplies the rest..SAFE Chip upgrade is also available...
So again he is a Part Supplier.
The Honda 1.3 and 1.5 Exi engines have the distinction of being the most sought after Crate engines...I was lucky to have done some Tooning without change of parts and till day, the 199 CITY runs with raw power and returning 11Kms in city..The owner sold it off since dipreciation was high and the car getting old.
The Tooner should try his hands on the IDSi Honda engine

Dear readers and fellow riders,

I personally feel that on xbhp atleast the initiative taken by a few members like Divya Sharan, Black asp, Adarsh_BK, psr Ji, Aargee, Sriram sir, Krish2778 and many others (i am not able to recollect all names) in educating riders about the same has seen a very positive outcome: Noobs denouncing such shoddy kits the moment they have been suggested to go through this thread. I believe with a combine effort of fellow members, we can ensure that the person in question cannot fleece anyone from this community.

Whether someone presses charges in the legal system against the Tooner is something i cannot comment about. I am sincerely grateful and happy for all the support that has come forward from different riders from different parts of the world. This thread in a way has already achieved one of its objectives: Information, data and education!

Now the second objective's success rests in the shoulders of the informed readers to spread the word, question everything and also help Noobs understand why "Going Fast ain't Cheap!".

With your help if we are able to educate others i believe then we will achieve the second objective of this thread as well. I am happy to see a lot of discussions happening here even after i have more or less finished my endeavour with hot roding my FZ. It was something i didn't expect but i am really glad it is happening right now as we speak..

Thanks again and i hope all the readers will consider the suggestion made above.

Or do you have any particular problem with other people coming and sharing their experience by being cheated by this person in question and thereby building a stronger case against him so that other potential people searching about his products can be saved by reading the over whelming evidence about his work ?

I would request everyone to maintain a decorum on this thread like it has always been the case.

Discussions are welcome but everything else.. i believe we all are informed and mature enough not to take such steps which will dampen the spirit of this thread less invite flaming and then we repeat the history like it has been observed in other threads..
