hmm...it's out now...the white color is looking good...but onething's for sure...never have any expectation on bhp figures/looks before the launch....anyway whatever may be the bhp figures...it's not goina satisfy us !....if i buy this bike ,i'm not goina tour with this..i'll strip,tweak her and i'll keep it for track days ...i'm happy

This ad has to be the best ever produced for a sport oriented motorcycle in India. After a very very long time, there are no chicks to dig in! no hyper-real stuff, just pure focus on racing, good ad This is right up there with the likes of sportbike ads, it has a very good international appeal to it. And that slide was awesome!

I think TVS is doing a tremendous job with their RTR. Instead of coming out with new products, they are concentrating on one product at a time and trying to make it as flawless as possible. RTR, incidently, is also the best TVS yet for me! I guess TVS is going the right path, good job TVS keep it up!

My opinion on looks is that they are fine...I was actually not expecting a visually different motorcycle and I think in today's economic situation, TVS has done the right thing to keep the production costs down. I also feel that since they have kept the looks same, they got only or mostly the engine to worry about

Power figures for me are fine too even if its not exactly the same as mentioned before. May be TVS in the end decided that this is the better output for a carburated, 180cc production motorcycle! let's not make a big out of why its not 18bhp, please!

I seriously hope that, especially Bajaj should learn a few things from TVS on how to improve on their products. Each pulsar on the market today has lot of scope for improvements. I feel, today Bajaj have so many versions of pulsar that they are unable to concentrate on just one and make it worthily better!

Hello everybody,

Name of the bike sounds very good. Is TVS also working on the flaws of their earlier versions of RTR. I think there are not much flaws except the bad tyres & vibrations.

I feel that pillion rider is the one who feels the vibrations on the bike very badly. I dont own a RTR but my friend does and I have rode it for quiet a long distance. So, when I was riding it I enjoyed a lot. But when I was a pillion I felt annoyed with its vibrations. I understand that no bike is 100% perfect.

But if TVS is doing something about it. I would be the happiest person, as I am planning to buy it. And I'm happy that there is a Indian bike which can compete with the international brands like Honda & Yamaha.

The AD is so soothing yet powerful when it comes to the only message-Racing!!

And with 17.3 ps, it might not really be a threat to the R15 and P220 but if it does then who am i to complain! Loved the AD and did anybody notice the sexy rear mudguard, looks a rip off from a SBK!!

same here , got the RTR 160 just a month and a half back! No regrets except for maybe that awesome white color!Now to wait for the 200!

The video ad is just a teaser to build up hype and expectation but when can we expect it to be launched formally? No news from TVS yet...

It would be nice to catch hold of some nice pictures of the white bike !

^There is nothing new in the bike(read>>> our public are just after looks & mileage) to create hype/expectation.The vdo is out now so tvs may be launching it soon.

As joel said the pricing of the bike should be not too much above the FZ so it should be about 75-77k . Not too bad actually. Hmmm... the pro kit should also cost around 10k. So a 160 with pro kit will cost as much as a 180! Hopefully the pro kit delivers as much if not more performance as the 180!

I noticed it looks very identical to the FI. Blue console lights, race stripes etc.Only visible changes are the rear mudguard, fatter tyres, black handles,white tacho and decals.
