There are 7 poles right. Wind one whole pole layer by layer in one direction, say clockwise. Now when this pole is done, next pole should be winded layer by layer in the opposite direction - counter clockwise and so on for all the poles.

Yep they are! And regarding the winding, dont forget to wind each pole tightly and in alternate fashion.

correct me if im wrong,is that rr unit design to chrge that 14amp battry so is that desirable to connect our 9amp battry to it???is that create and diffrence in it or it work fine with it without hitch....

It should be 14Ah.. however I am not sure.

That is what the RR unit does. It takes away what is extra and "burns" it off as heat.

Current will be around 10A.

Ok!sir, first i will buy ape RR original unit,then winding and will fit that amby sealed beam unit later.i want that 100w setup so im going for 19G 250gram setup as u said.
if example winding is producing 9amp and helogen is geting only 6amp then is that create problem to battry like over chrging or overheating??because where that 3amp current goes?
how much current will get it out from that 250gram 19g winding at higher rpm like 5-6k rpm

ONLY GO FOR ORIGINAL APE RR UNIT. It will cost around 1000 bucks.

Go for any bulb you want. OSRAM is what I used.

And you need a relay kit for the bulb. Just ask for a 100/90 Car relay kit. But this will come latter.. get the rewinding done first and see if everything runs fine with 35/35W bulb.

Use 20G, but you will not get 100W. But you can easily run 60W with that. About the weight, the ball park is around 250g. Buy a bit more if you want.

abhijit bhaay today,I enqured about all those spare need for mod if we need to covert in all dc with 100w helogen and also buy hella seal beam at rs180 which will be for future asset here is list and another query
1) 250gram 19G winding wire-rs150
2)ape regulator -rs700 which is company name is JUMBO and another also had which was only rs 400,he told jumbo company is some what heavy duty.....but i dont have and idea about price and quality of that,he also look at me and my bike and confirm me twice which vehicle regulator??
3)and rs 80 for mico bosch 100/90 helogen and rs170 for Philips
4)i thnk it also requred holder for that will be requred something rs50-60.

is this regulator will be ok??or another higher price also available?
and very important thing is that is that setup will run without any hitch on ling term im talking about that 250gram 19G wire because anthing higher or lesser in that winding can create chrging issue and also can damage battry??please correct me if im wrong.
and another thing can we use that 20G in place of that 19G that is only for my refrence.and how much gram u are calculating for 100W?

For rewinding like avenger coil, I have no idea! And I dont think avg h/l coil is 19G. It should be 20/21G. And it will def. be less than 200G.

You can go for ready made LED on tail lamp and switch off the console light. Its better to have light on the road than on the console!

Also if you fix LEDs on tail lamp, run it from the battery, not the h/l AC part. You may have to fix a switch for this.

If you are up to it, its not too difficult to fix LEDs in the console too.

im most of time on highways and above 4-5krpm but without tail lamp and console box light seem like untrusted for ride na,i can switch to led which u have done by you but console doesnt read clearly because ithink led light spread streaght and dont spread on meter needle.
and if rewinding have to done like avenger coil plate,how much 19G wire requred for rewinding?
