Thanks im so happy to seen your reply!!!it will take 100W
i have not applied varnish is it so nessesary??
All poles should have approx same length of wires winded.

Yes varnish is necessary. Apply a layer or 2 before fitting it back.

Now, connect the wires. Remove the old RR unit and use the APE as per the wiring I have explained.

Next connect the h/l wire from the old RR unit to the battery.

And yes, this coil will take 100W without any prob!

i mean i can only wound 195 gram of that 19G wire, all pole to brim!before work wire was 255gram but 60gram wire left! so can i connect 100w bulb??
and quantity of wire wound in each pole are not same so is that create any problem???i wound as u said altarenate diarection after each pole.

is it ok??what is you opinion about it????
    waitng for your reply!!!!!

and how much power loss occure due to that 100w helogen?is it reduce perfomance in real life?
Loss is not felt in real life. Gap seems to be ok.

all pole are some waht unevenly wound ,im attaching its picture so u can get idea of that, what effect can occure at out put when pole are wound more and less,i think its not that much diffrence but diffrence is there and can be seen in pics.
rr unit make it Dc so is that en even ac out put cause any diffrence in Dc output?im not sure about winding theory so please educate me about winding things.
No pics seen. Did not get your question.

ok now im going to take that coil plate out and also examine about company winding,so it also make me some educate about that thing.
and update here how much layer is taking on pole...

About the 7-8 layer thing, just make sure that the winding does not bulge out much more than the roof type thing at the end of the pole. Also, wires from adjacent poles should not touch each other.

Ok but i have 255gram so i try to my best for that winding work as to said and after that conect yellow +tive=battry positive and
    black -ve=-ve of battry
and wound that 255 gram to each poles 7-8layer each as you said

Yep black is -ve. Do one thing - get 300g and I guarantee you will NOT be able to wind it all - you WILL have some left out. And it wont cost that much more too.

black is negative of battry?and yellow is positive?so yellow to battry??
black is lookes like negative it has small "O"strip and yellow wire has ataching cord with rubber outer so which is and where to connect??
and is 255gram will be ok or only 250gram??is that wire will be fit in all 7 poles na?? and if all wire get fit in those 6 and one pole remain then its now problem na....

now im making to remoe that all 7 pole windings so is that 250gram wire will fit by doing with hand winding??i dont have any idea about that machine winding
how to wind that wire properly that means diarection and how much force to apply while winding?and is it requred to apply any varnish or is it ok to wind without anything.
How much thick of that pole can be wound?is that create problem if over wounding pole?
now rr unit have 4 wires 2 grey wire and one yellow one black which is ac in and dc out??after winding work will go further for that wiring work on bike
Only thing to be kept in mind while winding is -

    1. Wind one full layer on a pole from one end to another, now wind a second layer on top of this. In this way, you can wind some 7-8 layers on that pole.

    2. Now go to the next pole and do the winding in opposite direction as I told.

    3. Do this for all the poles till the last one.

    4. Now you get 2 wires at each end after the winding.

    5. Those 2 wires will go to the RR unit GREY wires.

    6. RR unit Black/Yellow will go to battery.

Also, use a layer of varnish on the bare stator plate for all the poles and another layer after winding is done.
