Do not tighten tappets set it to the specified clearance only. No need of changing rockers if they aren't worn out. -

The issue mostly appears to be with the relay. How about your meter console, horn and lights? Are they working fine even when engine is not running ?Originally posted by shriramsau View Post

Though we all admire Hunk/Xtreme twins, I am not sure if it is the right time to buy a new one. Hero has already stopped production of regular Xtreme and Hunk. They may pull the plug on Xtreme Sports some time soon.Originally posted by dppatel1226 View Post

Please tell me is it good option to buy new xtreme sports? Does the bike vibrate even after 2 or 3 services?- I travel 60 km (30+30) daily to my home to office. Out of 60 around 40 km on highways? Often Have to bear traffic in Delhi during evening?
- At present using Super splendor 2005 model which is doing good, goes till 90-95 kmph and returns 55 kmpl with no vibe.
My concern is with the reviews of xtreme sports which says it vibrates, not good in heavy traffic, cornering capabilities.

Guys in my cbz xtreme digital carb not tune properly, when i fix accelerator at 1500 after warming of engine it automatically goes to 2500 and if i fix it 1000 , bike not start in the morning without chock, and set fuel mixture at 1.75 round. Please provide solution. Thanks.Leave a comment:

Most of the Hunks/Xtremes run with AFR screw around 1.5-1.7 turns out from closed position. One turn means 360 degree rotation of the screw.Originally posted by Devesh Awlekar View Post
