Previously it was not there for the first 250kms. Or maybe it was there, i was so excited i couldn't notice! I don't feel breaking i feel uneven soft jerking. Like some hard things stick with my rear tyre in places. Only 400kms on the odo. Never have had any accident with this one.

What you have mentioned indicates that the brake is holding unevenly
        1. Put bike on main stand and roll the rear wheel. Check the disc brake plate while wheel is rotating..the disc should rotate without any trace of uneven left ,right movement. If you detect any, then your disk plate is warped.
        2. closely observe the disc plate for any patch of oily residue...if in doubt, dip a small rag in petrol and wipe the disc surface thoroughly,on both the sides.

The last time the tappet was adjusted was like 6 months ago....so is it serious or a minor problem? what are causes ?

Kick starter going down freely can be due to two reasons..:
1.Clutch disengaged due to stuck actuator
                            2. Piston rings have frozen due to combustion deposits or old petrol's varnish.

If they are adjusted wrongly performance becomes poor:
                              1. tappet adjusted without gap...Valves will not get a chance to close fully and will leak leading to lack of performance and poor FE.
                              2. Loose tappet adjustment wherein there is excess gap...leads to valves not opening enough to allow enough in take and exhaust fumes to go through..performance at low end will be ok but mid to high end will suffer but FE will be better.
