yup, they are OTR prices here. about 3k reduced from the last months price. And heard that pulsar 150 and 180 will be available in new graphics. Bajaj tries to clear those old pieces from their stable before they launch the new generation beasts...

Hard gear shifts

gearshifting seems to be little harder after 2nd service..

Nothing,Guess it might be the oil,check oil level and color.

other reasons can be i) clutch adjustment ii) chain slack & lube not done correctly during service .

clutch is all set as before,no issues at all.
Chain was also lubricated..
i m sure they have changed my oil,coz now after few 2-3 ride, engine is getting pretty hot unlike before.

Finally, got ma hands on it for the first time after bringing it home.
Now it has completed about 83kms (73 today). Gear shifting at lower rpms(2-3) is on a bit harder side. Engine remains rough and makes a lot of noise. It gets hot and very hot. Top speed reached ~50 at about 4 or 4.5 rpm. Adjusted idle rpm to ~1.4-1.5k after riding it for 20+ kms.
When the bike is pushed through my houses front ground with gravel without getting on its saddle and starting it, i hear some noise from front side. Doubt its the cone set that is loose.
Loving the ride more in each kms i go with it...

With that weight of 149 kg, its still a superb cornering machine just as unicorn, almost. Superb stability in corners. Now i got why those front foot pegs are auto folding type...

Disc brakes are awesome, and the rear one's feeling and feedback is same as drums and hence no difficulty to operate (as i was used to drum brakes) but its more quick in stopping the bike.
Is there any problem in driving constantly @ 3-4.5k rpm in 5th gear @35 to 45km/h?
Friends, please help me if anything i did is wrong.... Thanks...

Congrats

Vary the speed between 40-50km/hr,occasionally bursts are fine.Change the engine oil at around 200-250kms,get it done from any outside mechanic.

Thanks brother, how about using Motul 3000 4T 10w40 oil? How much shold be filled after draining it? is that 1.2ltrs?

Ya,its probably 1.2ltrs after draining,so you have to buy two cans of 1 ltr each.Go for Motul 3000 4T 20w40,it will help the engine run smoother and cooler
