Sad to say the worst service. i gave them bike at 8:45am and tey told that come at 5pm. when i came there ohhh they didnt wash well. i can see sand n mud in engine side and alloys. Even they didnt do mu tufflon coating. i complained and waited for another 2 hours to done it. all customers waited were not satisfied with their service. sad to say that Bajaj service is better that HH at my location.sigpic

All parts , but not all are fully covered . i.e for plastics etc appearance parts you may have to pay part of the cost . Best would be to consult the herohonda service (if like me, your insurance policy is the HeroHonda NSure-plus ). They may also arrange cashless replacements for you and take care of the paperwork needed . Remember that insurance is a legal contract between you and the insurer , whereby you agree to pay him timely premiums and he agrees to keep you indemnified & harmless on the happening of certain event/s .. so like in any other contracts , there will be a written document (agreement) somewhere , which defines exactly what's covered or not and the disclaimers too .Last edited by Pinaki; 09-30-2011, 01:49 AM.

Here in Kanjirapally, Kottayam, Kerala, its just opposite. Indo Jap Agencies (and what's the names significance after herohonda is hero moto corp?) is said to be the best motorcycle service center here.Originally posted by ATHUL4R View Postfirst service done today at JCT Motors Paruthiparra. Have you changed your oil before this service? Please tell me at what kms and which brand you used and what was the price? I'm confused after sseing the second point in warranty terms that using any other grade than 10w 30 will void warranty. recently, found Motul 3000 4T Plus 10w30 is recommended for hh motorcycles. How about that?
Congrats bro... Now you'll have some sleepless nights... huh..??Originally posted by K@beer View PostHi All,

OMG, Thank god for keeping you safe..... Tyre pressures are very high than recommended on your ride na? potholes will surely hit your spines... it'll not be problem if someone is on the pillion, i think.Originally posted by bikekrazy View Postsorry guys...did got time to update this thread from time to time..!

Don't worry using any other engine oil does not void the warranty.Still if you want, you can use the 10w30.Change the engine oil before the first service once at 200-250kms,it would be good for the engineOriginally posted by Crank49 View PostHere in Kanjirapally, Kottayam, Kerala, its just opposite. 10w 30 oils have more resistance to thickening, as i heard... any way i have no motul, gulf or elf dealers near by but there is castrol and mak 4t from bpcl. But i think castrol have only synthetic oils for bikes.Originally posted by Krish1417 View PostDon't worry using any other engine oil does not void the warranty.Still if you want, you can use the 10w30.Change the engine oil before the first service once at 200-250kms,it would be good for the engine

HMC badly needs a R&D centre pretty soon as to co-up with the current market conditions.. they cant continue with their 15 yrs old engine. Something has to be improved...Originally posted by Kalli12 View PostI feel that Hero Moto should have atleast increased the torque....its the same old 14.2 bhp and 12.8 odd torque since 2006 :/sigpic

Harder Front Suspension
Is anyone else also thinks k front suspension is little harder than the rear one. When i approch a Speedbracker i have to slow down my speed very much (~10) otherwise it would give a hard pushback. My tyre air pressure is @ 29-30. May be its by default that much stiff. Can i adjust it like the rear one
?? orr any fluid/oil is to be used for smoothening front suspendion..
