Hey guys hows it going! couldnt post due to system failure 2000 kms on the odo...2nd service is on the schedule and getting mileage of 45-50...enjoying every bit to the xtremeee!!!

Looks like my bike is fine now. Tightened and lubed the chain, which was too loose that it touched the cover and was dry like hell..
The tuk tuk sound is now gone. May be it was from the chain. Now the bike feels much much free and relaxed. Hope mileage will be back to normal.
Oil level is just at the max level.

BTW, i've mentioned a small sound issue when the bike is pushed manually over rough gravel from front side. Anyone here have the same issue? What might be that? Please comment....

You go buy motul,elf or gulf..These are very good mineral oils.As i had mentioned before that my friend who owns xtreme took his own engine oil for the first servicing.If the sound is heard while pushing the bike,then no problem

Congrats mate... it was nutthing much to worry about,just keep checking minor things like Tyre pressure, Chain lubing,Air filter,clutch free play etc....

Head Light Damaged

Guys,it was a bad day for me. My headlight assemble got an crack after a crash today.
I was riding behind a Mahindra Pickup @ 20-25 KMPH, out of nowhere he applied his full brakes and i was not prepared for this, my front part got hit on the back of it, i was like wtf. he said there was a child on the road so to avoid him he had to brake that hard. I saw my headlight glass it was fine with minor scratches, but wen i had a closer loook plastic casing below my headlight was broken. its giving me such a pain to see my ride in this condition. Guys help me out. How to replace my headlight assembly ?

@ Aneesh Bro : Give me an idea How much it would cost,i cant take it out like this. I m not feeling good. And wat if i want to change it with the OLD CBZ-x 2011 headlight, it was better than this one,i guess it would b a straight fit isn't it ??
isnt there a way so that i can get a part of it as insurance,though i dont think so

i m hell lot of confused and feeling guilty

.. help me

Bro guess it costs less than 900-1000rs,ask your Service Center about the insurance claim,guess it will be covered in the insurance.Dont know about the old model HL fix,get the stock one.

i m hell lot of confused and feeling guilty

Me and my brother was siting in my bike and suddenly a car from behind hit my bikes rear end,bike thrown to front and we escaped without any scratches and now my bike is at svc and i need 25000rs to get it repaired(every thing broken,dents on fuel tank etc )!! tell me then how should i feel now?

Bro always keep some distance between vehicles in front of us,its better for us.

. I was feeling so because i have earned hard to get my frst ride and due to my mistake it has got scratches.i have seen ur ride, u take care of ur ride very well. i hope every thing gets ok for u.
one more thing what parts under what conditions are insured in our bike? if i have a minor accident and there is some scratches or minor damage to my silence,will it be replaced or repaired?? i have doubts regarding insurance thing

. hope i m not troubling u much

You wont get insurance cover for parts like bulbs,bushes,glass etc and insurance for scratch is also not possible,here my HL assembly is covered under insurance and small dents are also not covered in insurance.

Could have been worse , lot worse .. on you I mean .. had you been riding at a faster speed . Don't worry about the bike , bikes are just plastic and metal .. can always be fixed ... thank your guardian angel

. You could just continue riding as-it-is even ... fix it with epoxy-glue or something similar . From what I can see.. it wouldn't slow the bike down
