its 1.5 in HOT. theres something wrong either with my engine oil or chain i am sure bout that,will clean it tomorrow;

If there isn't much chain noise issue , use EP/SAE 90 gear oil after cleaning chain with kero. Apply sparingly with toothbrush .
If chain noise issue is there , use bearing grease after the gear-lube .
Use this same gear oil for general lubrication purposes on the bike as well as oiling foam-air filter (if your's is that type) .
200gm castrol heavy-duty (NLGI3) bearing grease pouch - 50Rs , very good . Half liter castrol / british petroleum sae90 gear oil ~ around Rs 100 , very good too .

First service done at 706km.but they didnt open crank case cover to clean oil strainer and centrifugal filter.they didnt even clean air filter.just changed engine oil,chain lubrication ,tightened some bolts,washing and polishing.thats it.when i asked them to clean filters ,they started to give nonsense seasons.1person was telling gasket was not available ,other guy told there is no such filters in cbz and karizma.god knows who recruited such fellows for that job.i am planning to complete the left out jobs outside in a local mech shop. What do you people think ?planning to get all the filters cleaned and engine oil change at 1000km in local mech shop.will stick to oem engine oil.please suggest guys.

Cbz has paper filter.

Like that of ZMA's.

get it done outside at a well known automobile workshop in front of ur eyes only

. Also have a look at the procedure of the same so that u dont have to find a good mechanic each nd everytym

.You can do the same work urself if required

Not lubed?

Yes,New bikes uses same oil inside all parts of the engine.

cleaned my chain as well as lubed it. Working fine as before..

btw does front sprocket need to be cleaned as well ???

Remove those screws near the gear rod.Be carefull,Dont hurt your fingers.
