410 on odo n getting 49kmpl.Some times I feel like my handle bar wobbles.,I can feel only on highways while driving in straigt stretch.anybody out here facing same problem. Please share your ideas brothers.Btw I am maintaining 29psi front and 33 at rear.

Yes bro, i was facing the similar situation where on a striaght butter smooth road i was having wobbling. Get it checked in SVC. Mine is ok now

.. any other issue for now ??

thank u friend.Ya will get it checked during first service.other than that no major issues. Only hard hear shifting problem which is common in new bike.i feel its very difficult to maintain black colored bike na. Scratches are clearly visible.

yes dear ,but if u wash and polish ur bike regularly, it wont be that much

have u done oil change yet?? if not Do IT ASAP... and aif u do, go for the 1st free service @ 750 Km

I tried adjusting that screw and IT WORKED. Thanks. But, the initial idling rpm is a lil less than 1000. Will this be any problem?

Thanks mate.it really deserve more than dat. Young guys are running for Pulsar/Fz's, but there was a time when CBZ was the most loved Sports bike.one of its class,Karizam took it over lateon..

its nrmal for cold starts.. just make sure that u warm up ur engine before u go beyond >30-40 KMPH mark or initial few Km's. U can also increase it a little furthe ~1000 in cold so that it doesnt stalls in morning

Even I had classic CBZ silver hawk..it was in a mint condition.i had spent more on that machine than i have spent on myself. Sold it last month and bought new xtreme 11.only reason behind selling was the difficulty in finding its spare parts. Finaly found new xtreme is one and only right successor for that beast. Hats off to all the legend lovers. Lets keep the CBZ alive in indian biking history.
IMO X-11 is the rebirth of the legend.

But friend. I read it somewhere that regular polishing with wax eventually spoils the paint as it contains micro abrassives.IMO using wax polish once in a month wont harm much. Ya changed oil at 350km. And will give for 1st service as t mentioned.BTW having minor issue with rear seat. It makes tak tak sound when riding alone in bumpy roads.clamping is proper. Any solution friends ?

i guess thats not the SEAT.. try removing tool kit from the glove box and see the difference

Just warm up first 1-2mins in the morning,So it wont stalls.

Same with mine. Seat lock is not tight and there is a little gap. But the sound is not so pronounced with mine. Gonna try attaching some rubber piece with the lock clamp.
Rear discs have less feedback than the front, felt so.
BTW, where did you get your oil changed at 350 km from? From SVC or by yourself? Its 1.2 liter na?
Still waiting for temporary permit to take ma machine to street. RTO here makes a lot of delay for about a week or more.

The SVC guys charged 500 for Teflon, but i doubt its only wax polishing they've done. Ma brother(cousin) who is in bajaj svc told that it is common that some bajaj svc do the same thing.

ask you mechanic he'll do it for u.May b for free or max 10 rs labour charge

Take her for a ride and affter 2-3 minutes RPM shud be around 1500 or so,adjust the screw if needed. Better to adjust that fellow in morning (~1000) after few mins ride.

Google about Teflon coating and u wud come to know dat there is no such thing practically available

, we all are just fooled by that fance name TEFLON COATING
