Re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
the values what you have mentioned is perfectly matching with HUNK. I am not sure why it varies for other CBZ.Originally posted by sovondev View Post

If I remember correct, Sibun had mentioned about gear ratio difference in new Xtremes.Originally posted by dineshaugustin View Postthe values what you have mentioned is perfectly matching with HUNK. I am not sure why it varies for other CBZ.
I think new Xtremes are geared taller.

Re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
Th on road price for Xtreme dual disc is around 87k, Xtreme sports should be ~1K more. The usual depreciation for a bike after 1st year is in range of 20-30% depending on popularity of the modelOriginally posted by sarvodaya View PostWith rumors of Suzuki GS 150 being discontinued, planning to buy a second CBZ Extreme, dual disc. run 13,000 KMS March 2014. What is the expected price. Does anybody know the on road price of cbz xtreme dual disc in bangalore.Do speed breakers break speed or break backs !!!

Re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
hello guys! For about a month i was having problem while shifting gears from 1srt to 2nd.Sometimes it got stuck in neutral and when i forcefully try to change from 1st to 2nd it gives a loud sound like thud.I usually shift gears at 4k RPM.So i adjusted the chain and clutch for different settings but the gear shifting is still tight and the loud sound while shifting from 1st gear to 2nd still remains.Yesterday i was checking the speed vs rpm matching as you have been discussing earlier.I got 4k-48,5k-59.is this okay??
after that i kept the throttle lose and was shifting down gears to check the sound from gear 2 to 1 but when i shifted from 2 to 1 ,there was a sudden vibration and it sounded like kat kat kat(excuse the sound effect). It felt like gears teeths are sleeping in the engine.I immediately stop the bike by holding the clutch and brakes without shifting any gears.the same thing happened around 6 months ago when a friend of mine was riding the bike and i was in the pillion seat.I didn't bother then as i thought it was just because he shifted the gear with little pressure.
I own o hero honda hunk with 11k on the odo.my carb setting is 2.2.I am using servo 4T full synthetic 10w30(MRP-rs 706 but bought it for RS.400) .Any idea what is happening and any suggestions what should i do?

Re: CBZ xtreme / Hunk
Recently I changed my front suspension rod and oil , mechanic poured 175 ml vedool suspension oil in each , after it the ride is very hard , I can literally feel each and every small bump on the road ,
Is it normal ? Mechanic said since the oil is new it wil take time to absorb the damping.

Your mech over filled it. 160ml is the recommended amount that is to be filled.Originally posted by k.sagar View PostRecently I changed my front suspension rod and oil , mechanic poured 175 ml vedool suspension oil in each , after it the ride is very hard , I can literally feel each and every small bump on the road ,
