Can anyone help me with the price of new shocks? And should I replace the shocks or get them rebuilt? I have heard that shocks can be repaired.

Any references in Bangalore where I can get new set of shocks or get them rebuilt? Any particular brand that I should look for i.e. Gabriel, Endurance etc..

Secondly, I want to upgrade the headlamp. Should I change the relay and then the headlamp bulb? As changing only the headlamp bulb would put strain on the battery!!

    Please suggest..
The price of one shock is 2000rs... 6 months back price.. Now may be 200rs increase..
Putting a 55w bulb will not affect battery because headlight is AC ( from engine stator).. Not from battery

Hunk with 1.1k on odo, lucky you!
Considering the resale price of Hunk, I think you should've got a sweet deal on it
I haven't personally tried any coating yet, so can't comment on that.
But yes, Hunk's plastic panels are prone to fading very fast. I think proper washing, wax polish and avoiding exposure to continuous sun can help you to great extent.

The old cbz xtreme had non-GRS shock absorbers which costs around 1k per shock absorber.

Get a good quality wax and polish. Polish the bike and apply wax every month, the bike will lool like new for years. I use sonax car polish, it is a combination of mild abrasives and carnauba wax in a liquid. On my usage the wax coating easily lasts 3 months and I never wipe/dust the paint dry.

Plus is light beam will not dissolve with other lights due to yellowish... If 55/60w it will be great... Planning to buy Osram fog breaker which is yellowish and 55/60w... So more light at higher rpm..
