1. Where can I find stickers for my CBZ xtreme's tank ? The tank got scratched badly and the stickers are quite badly torn. It is an eye sore to look at my bike. I badly want to replace the sticker on the tank with new ones . I found an online seller , but I did not know how reliable he is. I have pasted the link below. Any pointers will be much appreciated. If anyone has high quality JPEG or PNG image of the same , could you please share it with me . I can get it done at local sticker shops.

Safe-x Motorcycle Fairings And Mudguards-

2. I hear lot of "KAT KAT" sounds , sometimes when I apply the rear brake , I hear a loud "KATT" sound from the brake lever . I hear light "KAT KAT" sounds from the handle bar , when I turn the handle to extreme right or extreme left side (while locking / unlocking the bike ) . Any advice ??
1) safe-x is a reliable website. My friend had ordered sticker set of the old version unicorn (pre CB monicker) a few years back and they had delivered it to him via post. He lived in Gurgaon at the time.I don't know if they will ship to distant cities.

2)That loud "KATT" is also happening to me on my unicorn and i have no idea what the reason is . For me it seems to be coming from where the lever is attached to the bike frame and happens only once in a while, when i apply rear brake suddenly. The "kat kat" sounds from the handle bar usually start coming when there is a problem with the cone set. Try opening it up at a local mechanic and grease the ball bearings or get it replaced if there is difficulty in steering the bike. Will cost around 500-700 to have it replaced at the ASC.

Riding on new one (OE Hero - Rolon) for the last 2k kms.. My chain guard is broken at the mounting points, so riding without it now.
Recently when bike was serviced, they were mentioning that chain has started showing signs of wear!
Its strange, my Ex-Unicorns stock chain set also lasted for more than 40k kms......
Hero's current supplier are not providing quality products i believe.
Anyway thats why i bought Unicorns chain set at almost 40% higher price.

I doubt if the KATT sound is the same I experienced few months before and became a larger problem for me later. Link below.

Folks , where to buy a spark plug in Bangalore ? There are loads of fake spares in the market(including online) and I am quite skeptical about buying. Any trusted shops or site for purchase ?

Buy from Hero ASC/spares dealer!
Else, check NGK india website. Dealer list in Bangalore should be listed there.

Off note, which company and make tube do you people prefer for the rear tyre of xtreme (2011 model)

somebody told me to get a good and specific model for xtreme otherwise i would end up getting a tube bigger than tyre, and that would create new problems

Ask for tube which matches 100/90-18 size. Dunlop mrf ceat tubes are good IMO

My office is 35km away from Home and my Hunk delivers 75-79 km per 100 Rs petrol , 25% city and 75% highway and i ride mostly on 65-80 kmph during my journey, sometimes touch 100 when time is of the essence. The cost of Petrol is 69.22 and it gives me mileage of 48-52 kmpl on R-T-R basis.

The one thing i dislike is its character which performs different everyday. Sometimes, its easy to cruise at 70 kmph , and sometimes it just struggles to go beyond 60 kmph and i've to accelerate more to get the same out from its mill. The feeling is different everyday, sometimes i just hate the machine , sometimes i feel sympathy, sometimes i feel good, sometimes worse i.e. inexplicable. The engine just doesn't feel great and mechanics don't seem to find any fault in it. in fact they say its in great condition for 3 yrs machine. Even sibun rode my bike and said it feels tight and doesn't behave like 150.. grr.. So, even after tuning perfect, it just feels right for that journey .. then again, it's same sluggish machine.. yes, it's the perfect word for my bike feeling. Sluggish and stressed same like my internet. The only thing not done during any of service is checking Tappet clearance with gauge. Not even local mechanics check for perfect clearance with gauge, they just measure by sound which is not convincing enough for me. Can that be a big factor for such sluggish performance ?

Hey bro, if possible get feeler gauge. Even after i got feeler gauge & saw the thickness of 0.06 & 0.1 mm (almost equivalent to our hair thickness), i was stunned & started thinking how on earth some one can match the valve clearance up to that extend. sibun, i will be doing DIY for tappet setting. What things i should keep checked while setting tappets, as i am doing this stuff for 1st time. Don`t want to relay anymore on ASC for this things.

Need suggestion urgently.
My rear tyre got 3-4 leakages and day by day its getting worse.
Even if repaired those, it starts leaking air after few months.
I was thinking of replacing the tyre but local mechanic suggested to put tube in same tyre.
Now my question is after putting tube, do I still have the advantages of tubeless tyres like tyre will not flattened in middle of the road.
Any experience guys?

If it is sidewall leakage then it can be repaired. Else put a tube, tuffup tube from honda unicorn is a good choice
