i think you are right. my engine becomes very hot within 10mins. could there be any problem?

That's not a problem,it common for all using HM OEM 10W30 oil,After changing to 20W40 oil,your engine will be a lot cooler and smooth.

yup. i guess 70kmpl is the max for 150cc bike. so msd mods r cancelled off as of now.

hi guys i all so have same problem with my hunk it chain get lose very soon i change my once after 16 month i buy my bike now again same problem what i do now pls

hi i like my hh hunk it is very good for touring in indian road i travel a lot on this bike i had done touring on many bike but hunk is most comfort bike on indian road

Take it to the SVC and get it adjusted.

just saying, IRIDIUM sparkplugs will increase mileage only if riding at high speeds and it actually reduces mileage if riding at low speeds.

I was kinda expecting that would happen with your bike

... you are running it too lean and the 10w30 HH oil too ... . Go to a good 20w40 mineral quickly and retune the carb a bit richer after that ... if you want that engine to live long

. Else the fuel mileage will be high but the total mileage will drop .. a lot , on that bike .

Yes , conventional (nickel) plugs produce a fatter spark and better flame they say

. I'm using ngk platinum plugs (g-power) now. Only benefit ... it doesn't foul up stays clean for much longer than the conventional ngk's .. I can simply ignore to clean them forever it seems . Good balance between price and worry for me

No bro , since I couldn't afford Iridiums I have no direct comparison . But g-power's are good in that I haven't had to touch them in many thousand kms yet .. it was as good as new when I checked them in about 1.5k kms of putting in , so I put it back in and forgot about it

. I like things that simplify life . Runs great too ( for a little more than 200 bucks) .

I thought platinum plugs foul faster, but guess you've proved me wrong.

Returned from a ride to Bangalore. Total km done 1222km.Mileage got 55km/ltr. avg.speed 70km/hr( Butter Smooth) Touched high 90km total on odo 1960km.Will do 2nd service by 2500km.

Tomorrow's trip fixed for Palani hills. ROUTE ekm,vadakkencheri, pollachi, palani.
Return -Palani Udumelpet Munnar, ekm.

NOTE:- Near my house in Bangalore M.S.PALAYA Just after AFS Jalahalli went to a spare part shop(KIRAN Rajastanis) and saw HID kit for Rs.1500/- Any body who has taken such a kit in Bangalore Pl. report about the performance.

While riding at 80 km/hr once a miss firing happened.(Coimbatore bye pass) suddenly reduced acceleration , cooled the engine there after no problem .( now spark plug is NGK CPR8 EA9 will try to get a EAGP-9 )( EAIX-9 only CPR6 is available which is slightly hotter and insulator is longer.)

At b'lore before return had to top up 100+ ml. engine oil . No leakage .
