    Front tire= 30

Guys can you please tell me what is the correct tire pressure to maintain in my bike?
If you are using stock tyres, its always wise to stick to the company recommended pressures. You can go 1-2 psi higher to compensate for air loss, but 5 psi difference is too high and should be avoided

This is correct if load is above 90Kg. I believe that below load of 90Kg, rear tyre pressure is 28psi. Front tyre remains at 25psi. Do not over-inflate your tyre beyond 25 (front) or 36(rear).

I have been using 2008 made Gladiator RS since June 2009. Since 1 year i have been riding my Gladiator really hard and i felt it good as it responds very well at higher rpm too.

I do shift gears between 7-8rpm. Except 1st gear which gear which i shift it at 6k rpm, rest all gears i shift between 7-8k rpm .
and i use Servo Advance AX7 10w-40 engine oil and all my bike parts are stock, and i get mileage of around 43kmpl.

Yes, those tyres would certainly affect the speed and acceleration.

My bike is in 100% stock condition. No mods applied.

I paid a closer attention this time, my bike did 60 kmph at 4500 rpm to be exact. The road was good and traffic was thin.

You can, but I'd stress you to maintain 40-45 in 4th gear only. In 5th gear, 40kph corresponds to 3000RPM - which is at the verge of snatching the engine, and resulting poor torque.
