    Yes, the SS125 comes with a Tacho. And it does the same 60kph@ 5000rpm.

    I do not know what speeds this will account to. But I would say keep it below 4-5 k rpm in all gears. Should be fine.

    You'll get used to the 1down-4up posiiton with 2-3 days.

    All the mechanical components in your bike are new and hence, there is lot of friction between the moving parts - which makes it feel rough. The new bike will need some running in wear out the friction and to make the mechanical components smooth. Once they have set into the proper levels of wear, they will operate smoothly.

    I got my new bike yamaha ss 125 red black model yesterday.
    I am new to bike and try to learn it. Please provide information for these questions,

    It was difficult for me to switch the gear from 1 to 2 gear, what can I do ?
    Neutraling the bike is very difficult for me, and gear is 1 down and 4 up so guys please help me an easy way to handle the gear and make it to netural.
    I want to know the Gear speed ratio, like in 1st gear what is the max and low speed I need to drive?

    Few things which you must look after:

    1. Inspect your bike thoroughly before delivery. Make sure there are no scratches etc and all electricals are working correctly.
    2. Make sure that the engine number and chassis number on the actual bike match with those on the documentation and the owner's manual.
    3. Make sure you do get the warranty card duly stamped and signed by the dealer.
    4. Make sure you understand properly about the free and paid service intervals.
    5. Make sure you get some fuel in the tank when leaving the dealership.
    6. Do get the contact number of the dealer's service center and spare parts shop. This comes in handy later.
    7. Make sure you get the contact number/email id of the dealership manager/owner. This is useful in case you run into issues later and service center guys do not respond properly. You can always escalate the matter to the dealership manager/owner. The Yamaha company contact details will be printed on your user's manual.
    8. Make sure you get all accessories as promised by the dealer. If something is not available at the time of delivery, get a written note from the dealer saying that they will provide it free of cost when it becomes available (e.g. seat cover, handle grips etc)

    Some other things:

    1. Make sure you keep the warranty card/pollution card/service manual safe as this is absolutely essential later.
    2. Make sure you NEVER ride the bike without a helmet at least. You should get as much safety gear as you can and wear it always
    3. Make sure you don't ride the bike without getting it properly registered with the RTO office. As soon as you get the registration, put it up on your number plates.

    Regarding run in, you can go through the numerous threads on xBhp which will explain the concept of run-in as best as possible.

    Finally managed to get a new battery free of cost. I was happy with the response from Yamaha company (not the dealer) since they kept track of things and verified that the battery was indeed replaced by calling me directly.

    After a little follow up with the service center, got the faulty battery replaced with a new AMCO battery. Also got a call from Yamaha Motors India confirming if the problem was resolved or not.

    Overall, decent service by Yamaha although I had to do a little follow up and had to go to the service center 3-4 times. Seems all service centers in India need this kind of follow up and no company is able to resolve the warranty issues in a single visit.

    You must have got the Warranty card of the battery with other documents, while purchasing the bike. Call on the phone no. mentioned on the card. They will attend to your battery.

    My bike's battery is half dead. It doesn't self-start and I have to kick start every time.

    The horn and indicators work but the battery is not strong enough to start the bike. I took it to the Yamaha service center and apparently they "charged" it but all in vain.
