Has good life and performance but very expensive.

How much more expensive compared to the pilot street radials?

The pilot street radials on my rr310 costs about 9-10k both front and back.

Road 5 can easily go anywhere between 21-25k for both front and back.

I would suggest the pilot street radials unless you want crazy handling and cornering.

Hi everyone. I was wondering what should be a safe fuel level for a CBR. I usually re-fuel when the reserve starts blinking but I'm not sure if it's the correct time..

That's the right procedure. Refill as soon as the last bar is blinking. When the bar is blinking, it means you're starting to consuming the reserve fuel itself, which is 2.9 liters.

It's always a good practice to refill when the last bar blinks.

              Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
              The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

I usually fill the tank up at half tank indication, and I always make it a point to fill the tank up whenever I do go for filling up.
This makes sure of 3 things,
Firstly, you never have to worry about fuel pump burning itself out due to less fuel
Secondly, you won't have to search around for a pump in case you have a situation where you need to get going to someplace at any odd hours when most pumps might not be open/serviceable
Thirdly, avoids tank rusting issues to a great extent, this is of course considering the fuel does not just sit there with the bike not being used.

                Cheers

In the city, I re-fuel (to a full tank) a few kms after the third bar disappears. I have been doing this since I bought my bike with occasional exceptions. Typically, this state is about ~7-8 litres short of the full tank. This is my sweet spot. No anxiety of running low on fuel - I know I can still go about 50-55 kms before the first bar starts blinking.

I follow a similar rule while I am on the highway. However, if I am about to enter a ghat section or unknown town, I prefer to keep my tank more than half-full at all times.

Keep the bike from blinking at 1 bar is safe but if the last bar starts blinking better to fill up asap.

I am getting "kat" sound whenever i use hard brake. I never face this kind of problem before whenever use front break. I think i am hearing this sound when handlebar move slightly upside because front wheel stop and moment didn't.
Is it normal for hard braking also i hear noise from front suspension like chu chu. I check front suspension no oil leak

Btw i am using CBR 150R

Most probably it's the cone set issue. If you have a habit of taking it through potholes without slowing down or over speed bumps the cone set usually give out faster.
Get it checked and adjusted and replaced if required. Should sort the issue.

                        Cheers

Guys any idea of the cost of the bike's rectifier and how long it lasts ?
And any better alternatives for the battery? The stock one is amaron if I'm not wrong.

Stock is Exide, Amaron is the way to go! Look into Shiv's thread I think he has mentioned the model number which is a direct fit into the stock battery box.

Noted, been having some electrical issues lately . My coil was changed 20k km back and bikes at 60k km , I suspect the rectifier has given way.

Rectifiers are costly, and for the CBR it would cost approx Rs. 2700. They are pretty much robust and last long, but as with anything any electrical component can go bad due to wear and tear. And usually a bad RR can also be a precursor to a bad magneto coil.
