The way I see it, since you are using this setup for 6 months and this is happening recently then idle rpm is the culprit, keep it between 1300-1500 as mentioned in the manual. Also rains have caused the ambient temperature to drop during night time, this does slightly affect if you have low rpm as mentioned.

Again, try the idling first, if it works then good or there is some electrical issue which has cropped up recently, Report to SVC.
thanks bro for the help!!!! How should I set the rpm at 1300-1500 ??? Or will the mechanics do the work ?

    Thanks
    Cheers!!!!

Hey Siddharth the problem lies in swingarm bushing, get it checked with the SVC. Feels as if some part is touching the other one when pressure is applied esp over bumps. Alignment may be affected but not sure since other symptoms are missing. Did you miss the swingarm lubrication activity in your service schedule, also the fall might have slightly affecting the bushing.

Head to SVC, please dont do it at home. Yes the mechs will take care of it. Mechs will not charge you anything for this tuning.

What's that bushing? How to check? And mine has done just 4k on odo. So no lubrication till now. Alignment is Ok bcz I tried riding with both hands off and bike went perfectly straight.. Any other test for alignment?? And can you give me the symptoms what you mentioned? it was a head on crash, so I thought it can never affect the swingarm

Heyo Guys! Been using mineral oil since last two servicings instead of the regular SS. difference seen: 1. crazy response from the bike as compared to SS2. vibs reduced. as it is they were very less. decresed further.
Did that oil change with a complete flush down. changed the ol filter both the times. The only thing i noticed is that once it approaches 3k mark from somewhere around 2.85k the bike starts to get a little rough. dipstick shows adequate oil mark.
Its okay as it is its very few times that I can complete 3K in 70 days from last service.
Verdict: worth a try. You'll feel the difference. Was going to go for FS. but just postponed it. after monsoons ill treat the bike with the finest FS oil. lets see what diff does it make

on another note : I read somewhere in this thread recently but cant track back i tried searching but no luck . someone had written about installing xenons and projectors or stuff. Who ever he is can you please post your review and cost and battery drain effect? Saquib3005 was that you mate ? I'm seriously planning to upgrade the lights. been using the 4300K osram which many of you guys have here. For the last couple of months i'm in late shift in office and its a task to watch out for the pot holes n bumps and irregularities on road in night. Saw the HID's but glare is too much. although it will give a tough time to oncoming traffic.but its manageable as far as there as road dividers . coil rewinding any stuff would do as far as it doesnt drain the battery

Keep Calm and Kaam se Kaam

To all those how-to-run-in-the-bike-oh-it's-so-confusing. Here's an advice.
Read and follow the OWNER's Manual. Keep it simple.. Old School technique will do more good than harm your bike

              Alignment symptoms

              1) Bike wobbles after speed bump.
              2) Bike steers to one side (depends on which side it has taken a beating).
              3) Bike feels hard to move around esp while taking turns, even if there is enough air in the tires the handling would be stiff. The front and rear tire are not in same line.
              4) There is no immediacy in the response, the chain is not aligned so you might hear noise from the swingarm, happens when the swingarm and front frame are dislocated.

My suggestion get it checked from the SVC again, make the mech sit behind you for a testride and then show the problems.

Same review, will stick with mineral for another servicing.

Wanna ask... I'm looking for more power and top speed for my bike.. Tried my top speed is around 120km however I hope to push for more maybe in terms of pickup.. One thing is my country do not allow changing of pipe and stuff as I would be fined for that. I tried installing plug and go kit now currently I have 4 in place.. So here's the question: should I install more plug and go? Or should I install kandn filter? Any suggestions for me to top up the speed in my bike?

If u wanna increase the acceleration, you can go for big bore. This ll make the engine displacement 165cc instead of stock 149.8 cc. I would suggest not to go for K & N filter as the ECU is designed to support the stock air filter. So if you are changing the air filter you have to change the ECU which ll b compatible with the air filter to get optimum performance... I think the top speed of R15 is sufficient for a 150 cc class...

Who said k&n will improve your performace ? I dont think so .Install daytona engine kit except the exhaust.

Bye the way the top speed of R15 is 136 kmph officially. The top speed will depend on how you change gears and at what rpm. Your body weight and wind drag will also matter. You need to crouch to attain the top speed easily. Make sure you are changing gears at rpm not less than 8.5 to 9 k...
