No dont touch anything. First time, go to svc and do it, tightening the cone set needs a little experience I guess.

Take a screwdriver and hammer it against that "round thing" towards the left. Its the bolt tightner.

...All these trouble bcz of SVC.. during third free service yesterday, told them that there is a bit free play in forks, adjust it. Now the noob svc loosed the head so much that its shaky in every uneven surface on road and i performed the test for steering head and my handlebar just bounces back and forth Again dont wanna go to them :banghead:

He might over tighten or over losen it and high chance for cone set to go kaput :P

Yes, you have to keep screw driver on the left side near the stopper and bang to the left side

Fine i don't want to that than on my own.. And i think the SVC loosened only the stem bolt, bcz the stem bolt cap(Black one) is missing.. Can a loose stem bolt cause the same problem?? Just wanted to know before i go to some experienced mechanic,so that i dont screw up the perfectly tightened Lower and upper ring nut of cone set :P

Thats good. Enquire your friends and other riders about a good local experienced mechanic and go to him. That should do the job

My question still unanswered... will loose stem bolt (the top one over handlebar) cause same problem as loose cone set? i mean if i tighten the stem bolt, will it fix my problem?

Any good R15 Mechanic at Chennai..
Fed up with the service centre.
Had a fall initially and the handle bar bent a little. not sure the bent ws in fork or T-stem or handle bar or the other but they never solved the problem.
Changed the whole set ( fork,t-stem,handle bar) and the bike was perfect.
Again i had a fall,, and the handle bar is bent.
                            Any good mechanic to rectify?

                                He's asking for it.

Loose steering head = shaky handlebars
Loose coneset = futile frontal suspension.

Your problem: tighten the bolt. No mechanic will have a torque wrench. Its just guess work. Either go to the ASS or DIY.
