    Depends.
If you wire the light like a stock one i.e. one light in low beam both in high beam then stock battery will hold up .
What i meant to say is that just putting in a bigger battery is not the silver bullet for battery discharge issues that you may face .

Oh.. I understood it now! Thank you for the suggestion bro.. 🙂

I haven't installed any aftermarket products as you mentioned. The bike is totally in stock condition.

Hello friends, is this product compatible with our bike? Is the stock battery is enough to handle the load?
Many people say it's worth the money and I just got curious to install this one in my bike!
Note: My bike is fully in stock condition, not even a single mod has been done!

It is 100% compatible. But I suggest you to use "roots gladiator 2". It's water proof and got very good performance.

No 2015 models have lambda sensor which is absent in 2008-2014 models.

The problem you mentioned happens usually when the relays are shorted inside or the wiring harness is shorted from the inside.
I didnt face a similar issue in my R15 but had faced same issue with my 220 dts-fi. The starter relay and a couple of other relays got shorted so the fuel pump will be primed always and the bike even started when the bike was in neutral and starter button was pressed.

As said before change both the relays and have a look at the wiring harness to check for cracks.

I have changed and check with the relays. The relays are fine.
I have to check for the shorted wires in the wiring harness. But i think its very difficult since it got lots of wires in it.
I have a small doubt in ecu unit too.
I read that the ecu gets the readings from the coolant temp sensor and ecu sends the signal to the radiator fan relay.
When i switch on the bike the radiator fan doesn't works, but when i switch off the bike the radiator fan starts rotating.

I have 2012 model R15 2.0, yesterday my bike refused to crank up. I had some niggles 2 days back so i adjusted the engine switch and it cranked. But today self is dead silent. Battery is perfectly fine, i cannot make out exact cause of it. Is it some wiring issue or relay went bad. Can someone please help me with this.

Do we need to keep the engine kill switch on all the time? And if we start the bike from the remote, then how will the speedo check it's function as it does when we turn on the ignition with the key?

It wont happen. Just the bike will start AFAIK without the console lighting up.

Oh yes that could be the case . I still remember when i got a powertronic ECU RS for me and one of my friend. There were cases where the fan forgot to stop after the ignition was switched off with the Powertronic ECU. So same thing can also happen in a stock ECU if your luck is screwed.

IF your V2s chassis number started with 2FB then the ecu is different than V1 and 2011-2014 V2s. THE 2FB ecu costs 5500 bucks and if your chassis number starts with 1ck then the ecu is interchangeable with V1 and it costs 4600.

I was curious what tank grips you guys are using? Tank grips really helps when you brake every time.

I'm talking about something like this.

If u properly install the alarm the "the kill switch should be always in ON condition, and the bike should also be in the NEUTRAL condition" , then only the remote starts works.

Today i went to GP Road, Chennai to buy the replacement for the broken Coolant temperature sensor. The MRP is like 375 Rs. for R15v2 2015 Model. But in GP Road they are telling like it is very demand product so the price will be 600 Rs. I asked i have already purchased this for just 380 Rs then why like you are asking 600 Rs. They said you cannot get it anywhere in Chennai, so this is the price for this thing. Feeling very bad. There is no showrooms throughout Chennai AFAIK having this product. The authorized showroom guys even recommend me to go to the GP Road.
