completed 2nd servicing last monday. they are putting hero branded engine oil inside. next time i want to change that to motul 10w30. will it have any advantage or disadvantage?

Are not they supposed to just topup oil in 2nd service; did you insist to change it?
I don't think hero 10w30 will last 6000kms. So, I moved on to Shell Ultra FS while odo was at 1500 Km.

On a sidenote, I got back to cycling and so usage of the bike got reduced a bit. Hence dragging slowly towards my second service mark. Just this morning I did a yummy 27km ride on my cycle, wish I had a button to transform it to Impulse on the rough roads

they asked me ''would you like to change the engine oil?'' as i rode very very rough for many days and revved it hard many times so thought better change the oil and said yes.

Any of u fixed a fuel lock on the bike? Here the svc centre folks say they don't have the accessory and it's not possible to fit one on impulse

motul is not availabe in tripura even if you search it the semi synthetic 0f any brand so plz tell me from where you got ?

Motul has opened outlet in agartala. Just a few steps near vehicle office at lakechowmuhani. All range of products are available there. I have bought chain cleaner and chain lube from there last week. They also gave discount on M.R.P.
