I myself am in love with the impulse. can tubeless tire be fitted in impulse? went through a puncture in a deserted mountain area yesterday. 2inch nail destroyed the inner ceat tube completely. had to replace the tube. no one nearby, realised the importance of having tubeless tires. so guys any info on replacing tires with tubeless ones?Comment

some basics. impulse has spoked rims. so forget tubeless. only the most expensive bikes ( read bmw etc ) has spoked rims and TL tyres. still the best option for an off road bike is spoked rim + tube tyres. carry a repair kit and pump securely tied up on your next off roading ( or a spare tube( 2 tubes for impulse), but u have to remove the wheel to make the change.Originally posted by Nilhawk View Post

I have one Bajaj Platina 100 and R15 first batch both in good condition.. now i am seriously thinking of getting IMPULSE .. as i need one offroad bike .. and as for sports bike i am going for GT250R anyhow
.
so now impulse will suffice me of daily commuting and also short trips .. now can some one suggest me is it a good idea to sell R15 for Impulse ???
and also i might need another year of waiting as i want to buy used Impulse rather new one.. the idea is i want to sell R15 and the Platina and get the Impulse with that money as i don;t want to invest anything extra

hey guys i had my servicing done recently, about four days back and recently i am experiencing a problem. while driving my engine turns off suddenly specially when driving at a slow speed. i wanted to know if anyone is experiencing the same problem and can anyone help me to get out of this situation

they did the same in mine too, dunno y, when the manual clearly mentions do not open air filter till 15k Km until there's a prob
hero svc guys are amazing
manual says to clean oil filter and centrifuge, they don't touch it coz it takes hardwork to clean it
manual says don't mess with air filter or carb, and they go ahead and ruin itComment
