Hi Bro i want to install this same HID for my bike too. can u plz give me a details discription of this plz......
      im getting a orange bike.

      1) wil it cme with entire headlight doom? or only the light?
      2) ur bike is red n red lights around stands out ...is orange also available?
      3) name of the HID (Doom set) ???
      4) Cost???

A small suggestion if u dnt mind. - remove the number plate from there as it looks as an obstacle for the entire look n sticker it on mudguard.

        1. By doom, do you mean the whole head? well, i got the lens, built in hid, angel/demon light, slim ballast, fuse, wiring harness (you can see those if you go a few more pages in reverse, i have posted the whole set's pics before installation)
        2. Orange was available when i bought mine. Maybe available now as well.
        3. Doesnt have a particular name as its not branded, but the ballast says IIKDO.
        4. 2100 for all this and 300 was fitting charge.

Just get it done from an expert, otherwise it will be a screwed up job, and if possible get a seperate switch installed for hid, dont mess up with the whole of stock wiring of your bike, angel lights can be taken care of by the parking light switch.

And yeah i know that number plate spoils the show but i live in an area which is surrounded by cops, and they pull over for putting number sticker on the mud guard, sick, arent they. And if im caught i have no issues as i just make a call and they let me go. but if my dad is pulled over for the same, he scolds me and just gives me 1 dhamki, "i will sell the bike if you do this" etc.

Guys, I would request all those with modifications, customizations both cosmetic and performance to post their pics and reviews.
This will help those who want this "limited edition" bike (all parts and spares are limited ) to reach its fullest potential.
Personally am very interested in the SuperMoto conversion.

I have fitted a lower front fender (pic a few pages back) and painted the muffler guard matt black with spraycan. The saree guard has been taken off. Small LED strips light up the so called air intake vents of the half fairing.
I've also taken off the air box cover with snorkel and minor tuning. Sounds loud and sweet now. Can't find a mechanic for rejetting in Pune, so need your suggestions. Two weeks ago changed oil to Shell ultra advanced fully synth 10w40, runs buttery smooth.
Hope to upgrade the exhaust soon.

Why do you want to re-jet, what is the goal?

Anyone have a solution for the noise from the front forks? I've tried tightening the triple clamps, tightened the cones and generally checked everything, but no luck with the irritating noise spoiling my ride every time there's a sharp bump/dip in the road.

The service technicians are totally clueless about the problem and a likely solution.

Looking very neat, especially the smooth front fender sticker job.

And nirvan, opening the air box cover provides more air to the engine, hence more fuel needs to be burnt. So my current fuelling is rather lean, gives good pick up upto half throttle, but lags heavily after that.
So I need to increase size of carb jets, or upgrade the carb to pulsar 220?? maybe ? Also looking at exhaust upgrade to let the gases from the extra air and fuel burnt to escape the engine easily.

that 16 sticker looks good but think it would look better on black matte radium covering whole silencer guard also is that whole front mud guard done in radium?

                        Bro,

Initially I thought of going with the attached design but you need either ready made stickers or well experienced hands to get this work done so just revised the design to Indian version You can get the same design done in any of the sticker cutting shops.Click image for larger version
