Thanx man; yep the number is on front mud guard and yes its illegal
but police generally don't consider front plate if back plate is good infact I even have a small devil on back plate too but I haven't been fined yet by police anywhere

My Impulse completing 1 year tomorrow has been a pleasure to own it no problems so far;
Pics from first off road trail of my bike at village was very nervous and almost tripped in mud but somehow balanced myself and bike
Bike parked outside my village home wish had a better camera it was looking so good

Been bugged from the beginning about one thing with the Impulse... Especially in the rainy season... WATER SPLASHES from front wheel...
Problem solved and all-rounder practicality reclaimed...
And though I say it myself, doesn't look too horrible either...

Nice job! Hero should have provided suitable clamps on the fork tubes for retrofitment of a regular mudguard, but this looks like it will get the job done. How firm/stable is the clamp?
You should take off the other mudguard for now though.

As of being two days old, no firm idea of how lasting it is. But on feeling it, it seems a strong fitment and does not vibrate. Despite hard riding over numerous speed breakers in the Magarpatta City area yesterday, did not loosen up. Will be keeping both fenders, in the spirit of some dual sports...

Was planning to get something similar, or make it myself with fibreglass, but stuff isn't available. Planning to shape the lower fender, cut the sides a bit to give it a leaner shape.
