Remapping an ECU is not easy. It's quite a technical job. They are charging premium just for that.

+1, thats too expensive, the daytona ECU and even the racedynamics ECU for R15 is way cheaper.Originally posted by spiralbrain View Post12k for a remap looks expensive. I wonder how it is possible without Bajaj finding it out? They can easily rev the bike and see it goes to 11,700.
Thanks for the link, but when i looked up the leovince site there is no mention of the 200 duke.. The video too might be of a 125..Originally posted by ronthedon View PostThis might be intersting.. source bachoo motors..
Will decide only once i look at the torque charts.PM me for Daytona Racing ECU for the R15

Oh thanks for clearing that up Sahil. Also did you buy the Motul oil everyone is talking about or did you opt for Bajaj's own 10000 DTSI Oil? I believe the Motul Oil is close to RsOriginally posted by sahil_killer View PostThe 2182 is only for the crash pads ,that are shown in the pics above.

just got serviced on 14th.
Visited today again the Service Centre at Ghatloper for the sounch check from the chain.... (khat khat) and other small things that had noticed...
- small sprocket was opened and adjusted back and now the noise is gone .........
- Front handle and font suspension nuts were loose .... SVC guy did the job well of checking all the loose parts
- Increased the height of the rear suspension to 5th point.
- lubricated the chain again and checked again for the nosie ........now now noise
- Clutch setting done again as felt little tight
these SVC guys have done their job well and have explained the things while doing the job on my Crazy-Nomad (KTM)Thks

Wow it looks expensive but I'm Happy with the rorty exhaust note My KTM roars these days So I'm sure I won't be needing an aftermarket exhaust this soon but definitely it would have to be an Akrapovic or a Two Brother exhaust over the Leo Vince...any idea how much this retails for? Looks like a slip on exhaust possibly 25-30k range...But Good sound none the less!!!Originally posted by ronthedon View PostThis might be intersting.. source bachoo motors..

Hmmm now I know who to get the out of stock Motul engine oil from :-DOriginally posted by yogeshgehlot View Posthave already taken 2 more of Motul 7100 20W50 as the most of the time its out of stock
Btw is it a recommended oil in the manual? I don't remember seeing anything recommended besides the Bajaj DTSI 10000 oil...and the Motul is a Semi-Synthetic right?Speed, it seems to me, provides the one genuinely modern pleasure.

I have completed 520kms since 6th March 2012 when I recieved delivery of My KTM and I was wondering if I needed to get the chain lubed now since it's after 500kms or lube it at the first service itself? At the rate I'm going it shouldn't be more than a week or two away? Any suggestions?Speed, it seems to me, provides the one genuinely modern pleasure.

OT: Motul 5XXX series is Semi Synthetic, 7XXX series is Full Synth (and is the oil I swear by for my Ninja)
People have written a lot of praises for the new Castrol Power 1 Factory Racing from the same grade AND Shell Advance which is cheaper but as good!Super CommuTOURer - Talk less, Ride more
