    Today I noticed a bit of coolant leak when I was parking at office... The cap seemed a bit loose..(I never touched it though) Removed it fully and tightened it... Not sure how it became loose... Any reason why it might happen?

        Ktm duke 200

        Hi friends
        I have an issue regarding my bike from past 2-3 when i am going on long ride about 40-50 km my bike indicate low battery i have shoen this issue in ktm service centre they are telling me to replace coil plate or battery charger i doubt that i think there is battery issue if somebody else is facing the same problem pls let me now

              The SVC is probably right. Check with meter what is the voltage being produced by the coil. If it is below the norm at the given rpm, then the coil is not producing enough. And would probably be need to be replaced. On a long ride, you might get stranded in the middle of nowhere with a dead battery, and a bike that won't start and hence cannot be ridden.

              Apologies, cannot give remember the exact figures of what volts at what rpm is good.

                Does the bike start again after u kill the engine once the low battery message is displayed..??
                I had the same kind of issue where the bike won't start again if I kill the engine... In my case it was the battery issue.. Which got replaced under warranty..

                  Got some WP stickers on my baby duke...not original but they are excellent for 150 bucks..!!
