      Gosh, ur lugging the bike most of the time! Driving in sixth gear at 30-40 kms. Always shift at above 5k and keep the bike`s rpm at any gear above 4k. NEVER get the rpm below 3k at any gear while riding.

      P.S: So many owners think that this bike is like a commuter bike which it isn't. I think Honda should give tutorials on how to drive the bike to all owners when purchasing!

          @ Divya Sharan & chinmayakar : - Yesterday i showed my bike to other Honda SVC . Service center guy closely examined the bike n said that " Teri bike main bahot bada zol hai . Aisa 3-4 CBR ke saath hua hai . 2-3 din ke liye submit kar de sab thik ho jayega ." So i Submitted my bike . Hope he solve all issues .

              If the svc guys asked you to replace the parts, tell them to do it under warranty.

                There is a rev limiter at max, 11.5k, bike can go till 13k. :P

                Anyone has thought about increasing idle rpm?

                  Honda launch CBR 150 in March . I purchased it at 13/7/2012 . That time not a single review released on net . This ownership thread created at 4/08/2012 means after i purchase.

                  I got the bike in June and some North Indian owners of the bike got before that. We were all buying this bike blindly. We don't know whether it will be perfect, but still we didn't blatantly accuse it!

                      5 month research not only on 1 bike . R15 v2 , cbr 250 , cbr150r . Choose CBR 150r.

                          It's possible that your bike was a lemon, but there's no doubt tht you didn't treat it like should have been, maybe, out of those 3-4, 2 were actual lemons n two were people who harmed their bike lugging the engine.

                            Jane do jo hua . That time i was bit angry . I m really very sorry, pls forgive me if possible.

                            I like CBR 150 thr4 i choose it over other bikes . But issues remain same even after a year so i get frustrated .

                              Don't do anything tht will void your warranty, hopefully this SVC will get your bike right. Then, start shifting at above 6k first, see how the bike responds, if it's comfortable, slowly increase it to 7k. Don't shift below 6k. Idle and warm the engine for 40 seconds always when it has been sitting for a many hours. Don't be afraid to take it upto 9-10k once it is warm, cbr wakes up aftr 8k. Good luck!

                              Warm as in, after you have ridden it for some minutes.

                                Thanks bro for suggestions . Hope this servicing solve the problems of vibration n rattling sound. If this done will surly shift gear at high RPM without afraid .

                                And pls forgive me for my last post . I am really very sorry .

                                For polish i use Formula 1 . Try it .
