      1 yr is over so i think warranty also over.

      Pls suggest an engine oil for CBR150 .

              Pls chk post no 2899 on page 290 . Mulli84 said 1 yr . So i thought CBR150 have only 1 yr warranty .

                  Yes have extended warranty, confirmed by my brother.

                  But the HONDA service centers are totally useless n this bike too . Some times feel that Splender / Passion have more pickup thn this khatara .

                    Dude, you knw how much you will be spending getting all the parts changed yourself? A bomb. Should have researched more before buying it the, it is a high revving bike n does 0-100 faster than r15. Try a diff service center, thts all I can say.

                      My Honda dealer said that the bike comes with one year warranty when I took the delivery! So I think the dealer is misinforming.

                      You gotta live with the low end torque! And any person other than me who rode my bike was riding with lugging. My cousin never drives my bike because he always couldn't get the power band right(He rides a FZ-S)

                      You are comparing it with Splendor The CBR can easily beat it in the first gear.

                        I know what i m saying, i face this everyday.

                        Problems i facing :-

                        1. Some buzzing sound come from bike so i show it to service center, main problem is fuel pump so i change fuel pump. But after 15-20 days again that buzzing sound come . I change fuel pump 3 times, still that buzzing sound coming .

                        2. Rattling sound from fairing (at 3000-4000 rpm) .

                        3. Gear shifting problems . Sometimes gear slip , sometime gear stuck (jam). For this problem i change gear shifter 2 times . Stil facing same problem

                        4. Another problem is pick up . Pick up is very dull .

                        2 service centers in my city (Nasik) . I showed my bike at both places but both service center guys said " Sorry we cant do anything ." and up their hand .

                        Now tell me guys what i do now ?

                          About pick up, I am coming from Pulsar200 n Apache180, and I am loving this bike, you can go upto 40 in the first gear! I think you are being too conservative with the throttle, I rip it, never faced the pick up problem. I did my research before buying it, took an informed test drive.
                          Can't comment about the other problems you are having coz my bike is new, but if your bike needs part replacements, it is even more important to maintain the warranty.

                              Rahul, whenever you come to mumbai, do meet me. Im no expert of cbr but i loved the bike and know a few mechs who can probably help you out. Did you notice that all the troubles can be directly and indirectly caused by the engine?

                              Sound from fairing comes when the bike vibrates a lot (vibes from engine to chassis)

                              Bad pickup, again engine can be the cause.

                              Buzzing sound, again engine.

                              Forget the fuel pump, check for troubles with the engine.

                              If possible, do an engine flush. And then change the oil.

                              Which oil do you use? Grade? Brand?
                              Try switching to another brand if you still put honda oil.

                                Yes thr are lots of vibration in my bike . Engine sound harsh /hard .

                                Till now i using HONDA engine oil . But this time i want to try other . Can u suggest me a good oil ?
