Ok i will think over it...
My point is whether is it needed?
what are the advantages of doing this UV protection and anti-corrosion??

is it colour fading and a bit scratch proof?

as of now i have not opted for it so
I don't think its very effective, but yes... its a polish and lasts for couple of weeks. I asked the dealer for some complementary stuffs and he offered so called TEFLON (worth ~ Rs.600 as per them). But after a small research i dropped his offer and demanded center stand and got it!

i feel better to buy some car shampoo and wax or polish..

Wanted some info from the "older" Pulsar 200NS owners : Do you get the bike pressure washed from outside? If yes, has anybody experienced radiator fins bending due to high pressure water force? My radiator has some amount of mud lodged into the fins, was just thinking if it's a good idea to get it pressured washed?
DO NOT GO FOR PRESSURE WASH ON RADIATOR...its better you just ask the service guy to do it for you or as @Chintan said take some old toothbrush and clean it yourself and just spray water with a normal water pipe after removing the dirt from the brush..

Teflon Coating is a waste of money..its only for your own satisfaction that you have spent some money and your bike is protected now...
Its better to buy a wax polish and apply yourself on weekly basis after washing the bike..

In my opinion the digital indicator is near useless.. Somedays it comes on at 3 bars and somedays at 2.. Depends on the slope as well..

On level ground with about 5L in the tank, it showed 4-5 bars.. On the way down from a steep multi level parking exit, the orange light lit up and it showed only a single bar..

Trust the knob.. dont get too senti bout the light

One of my friend has crossed 70k kms on his bike with his stock Bajaj bore, Dont really see any problem with Bajaj if you take care of regular oil changes
yaa...I do understand your feel, basically I was talking about the old Bajaj series like the round healdlight pulsars..but everythign depends on rider and maintainence....and I told max...or should I rectify it to many pulsars from old gen..very sorry bro if i hurt ur feelings...

Before that too I had a P150 dtsi (spoke wheel) for almost 6 years before I sold it. It too never gave me an issue. In the entire 6 years I had the bike, I had to use Kick start only once, when the battery died.
The thing is if you maintain Pulsars with proper care they are as reliable as the competitors.
Before buying my 1st Pulsar I too was anti-Bajaj. But now, I am looking for upgrades within Bajaj its all because of Pulsar and Bajaj Customer Service which is unmatched.
Before P220, I tried my hands on Karizma R for 6 months, and trust me it was a big disappointment for me.
thats great bro...guess I am the only one who have this bad notion... but the positive thing is that after 200 NS am also a fan of Bajaj and inspiring my friend to buy it...

Or at Auto service, Bangalore Mr.Venkat had some 3M car protector or scratch resistant(No Clues what's it called). The other side is its damn expensive Rs. 900 just to cover the area where your knees are rubbing against the tank. By all means, you can get the entire tank plastics replaced at slightly higher price.

and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.
