I was just cleaning my D125ST on sunday and happened to notice a dent on the swing arm close to the rear wheel. Wanted to know if it was some manufacturing defect, went to the svc and to my surprise all the new in stock ones had it! No idea why its meant to be there..

Also, was facing some technical glitches with the horn, they checked it and replaced it. Now it sounds even better than it did previously!

Only way to get rid of this, is to shift the gears(5th to 4th) at 30+kmph

Nah. This bike indeed comes with both auto choke and choke on demand. That's why the manual choke is hidden. Check page 30 and see Sr. No. 54 in owners manual.

Will check my swing arm in the morning.

Try changing gears at higher speeds, like 4th to 5th at 35+ kmph

I agree with this. The tyres are such a waste in this bike.

How much times you have experienced this? In my 1220kms i have experienced only 2 or 3 times. At what rpms you are experiencing this jerkiness?

I think the top speeds are kind of limited. Because the bike easily goes till 100kmph(even though am 100kgs ) and the needle just stops at 100.

Had my first service, bill was Rs.600. Covered 685 kms on the bike. Mileage 55-60 kmpl.

                  Query:
I was cleaning and happened to notice a transparent pipe (left side, running around battery) with both ends open. what is its use ?

Also there is a black pipe with one end open (right side). what is its use ?

You guys can get a 35W H4 HID. Since all Discovers are fully DC, no issues with installation. Same wattage as stock so battery doesn't discharge. Illumination is better than 55W Halogen. Its pricey but worth it.

Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

                              • Fell from 125ST yesterday

I was taking a curve 30-35kmph, the surface of the road was covered with red clay which was wet. This was due to lack of grip on the rear tyre.

No major damage to the bike, only the usual scratches.
