    Are you plannig to make a few for others at a price? count me IN, if you are sending a lot to Bangalore
    Also, is it possible to get it powder-coated black, so that it blends with the OEM grill and also prevents oxidation of Al in long term.

      You can use any petrol in ktm 390 , all have 91 octane rating.

      Found this:
      India's Ordinary And Premium Petrols are of 91 RON. The premium petrols are generally ordinary fuels with additives, that do not really change the octane value. Two variants, "Speed 93" and "Speed 97", were launched, with RON values of 93 and 97.

        but additives must have some benefits or why would one mix it. what is the difference between normal fuel and speed 91 from Bharat petrol. just a query though.

          well,same here too man.The service in-charge guy Mr.Samson said its normal.will be going again to asc again to buy a pulsar 220 tank pad.90 bucks.fine by me rather than buying inr1500+ ones.i have the same feeling when it comes to buying them costly keiti rim tapes.rather get it done at the local sticker shop!but the orange wheel of the 390 as such is a huge sticker job i guess;loud.

                First mod for touring complete.

                I read about few ppl in team-bhp fitting the fazer's windscreen. So I thOught, I'll also try. Took me sometime to get the work. I haven't tried it out on long distance yet. But after a short run in the highway, I can say there's considerable reduction in the wind blast. Was comfortably able to cruise at speeds of 130Kmph. Did not try more than that. The wind blast is felt on top of the shoulders to the head. A good helmet should solve that problem. I did the test run without the Hemet. I'll try it out on a long drive and let you guys know how it holds up.

                Btw, the windscreen costs only 300 bucks.. :P

                  Looks neat . But on the other hand, I see the bottom part of the windshield obstructing the top part of your headlamp. Doesn't that cause lack of proper illumination???...
                  Bhp is how fast you hit a wall, Torque is how much of that wall you can take with you.

                      I don't think so. It's very little and it's see through fiber, anyway will check it out tonight and let you know..

                              LOL.. Sorry, I know.. I don't usually, but after fitting the windscreen I wanted to try it out immediately and forgot about the helmet.
