If you worried about falling off the bike, you'd never get on.

Why dont you put MRF revz C - Duke 200 tyre which has speed rating of180Km/hr 66S for a few days run it till front completely gives up. The MRF rear will get chewn due to the torque output of 390 . I have similiar plans , once front goes completely bald will replace both the tyres with Metz- fresh rubber

Did a first 500kms (overall) trip today pune-Kolhapur and back ... Had an engine problem while returning back!
: On every small bump like even of few centimeters( like that of few hundred meter of cement of tarmac patches), the engine malfunction light blinked On and down goes the power (total engine shutdown). Sometimes the bike started back if i deaccelerated completely or used clutch leading to no gear resistance. The bike got shutdown around 100 times aleast....was very tiresome so ride back home with speeds around 40-60! Called svc tech he said might be some sensors issue! Somehow managed to get the bike to Pune and gave to kothrud SVC.
And to add some more my left crash guard bolt got loosened and fell somewhere which created rattling noise so removed bottom bolt and kept the guard in bag and in that had a puncture in ghat due to a syringe needle which completely deflated the tire in a minute as it acted as Valve!!
Still really loved this beast for the power to maneuver at any situation be it ghats, highways, etc.
Will let you guys know the problem as soon as i get call back from SVC.

Has anyone changed the sprocket set due to wear and tear? If yes, how long did the stock one last?
              Honda Dio (Sold) | Yamaha FZ16 (Sold) | Duke 390 | Kawasaki Z800 (Technically it's my brother's, but WTH ;P) |

              1. Start the engine; 2. Turn the trottle; 3. Disappear ;)

Same thing happened to me. In my case the terminal which connects to the battery had broken. So it was having contacts most of the time. But when it went over bumps and all there will be loose contact and the bike will go off. Check it.

My advice, they are real cheap stuffs, bought one for a friend, Duke 200, machined out so cheaply the aluminum flakes are almost visible and poor quality screws used. Totally a bit NO NO!

Secondly can anyone help me source Motul MotoCool Expert from Bangalore or if anyone knows who resells them, would be real appreciated. Thanks.

                              Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                              The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                              THE END
